It has it's own paid dobby, convenient store and cafes. So if you have to stay for a longer period of time you don't have to think where to do your laundry and can get your needs in the middle of the night. There are two cafes and both serve delicious and affordable food. Even if you want to eat variety of food you just need to walk out a bit to the beaches where they actually have stalls selling from fruits to celups. The airport is also close by. And it is also not far away from UMT and unisza.

The toilet is a bit small and weirdly elevated from the room's floor so for elderly it's a bit difficult for them. The cafe opened a bit late so for breakfast just have to go find breakfast elsewhere...not really a problem though 😅😅😅...oo the pool though was very dirty with cloudy and murky water and some cats pooped close to the pool area 😒😒

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is okay. The pool is suitable for small and bigger children. There's a mini store next to the hotel so it was very convenient. Restaurants also nearby. There's also insta worthy photo area in front of the hotel entrance.

The outdoor pool is better covered to avoid the unbearable heat. The hotel is using a contena if I am not mistaken so during hot days, it takes time to be cold after turning on the aircond. Maybe extra padding to the wall and ceiling will be helpful.

Love the location because its near to the city and a lot of makan place around. it has a convenient store and a dobi as well. pretty convenient especially when you spent time at the beach with sand and dirt, its easy to wash your beach clothes after that. BRILLIANT. and also that there's always someone at the reception; as we checked in late (after midnight) they are super friendly. We will definately come back and choose this place as our lodging. And will Recommend to our friends and family too..

As we checked it, we discovered that there are no amenities eg: no toilet paper, no soap and shampoo (they didnt refill, cos it was empty) and the basic stuff. they also did not ask if or have a label to have our room cleaned. So we had to clear out our own rubbish and re-use same towel from day one. Anyways, we did ask for the toilet paper and they are always there to assist. But as for the shampoo and soap, we got it at their convenient store. Unfortunately, not all basic product they have; for example a conditioner. Despite saying all that, we are not fussy travellers.. i think its good to ask them and they are always there to assist you.. all good actually.

The best thing, they have an ATV! enjoying ride an ATV! Especialy ride in the morning. The view an ocean was so nice! So calming. More, spacious room. Clean and tidy. Very close to places to eat. Easy to find places to eat. Recommended

noise from outside clearly can be heard due to the thin layer of the wall.

Really nice place to stay. The space is really spacious and u have privacy to change. All rooms are on ground floor, have mart and eatery at the same building. Reclaimed beach and the famous place for "ikan, sotong celup tepung" are within walking distance only.

Shower in the bathroom not working, thin wall (plywood only) - really noisy if the other room have a small kids and all Clogged bathroom, no soap in the bathroom Otherwise all are nice

The room is comfortable and clean. Have dobi, convinience store and restaurant nearby. The food in Queen's nearby is exceptional. Very near to the Drawbridge and other tourist location. Have a pool for family with kids. We dont use the pool.

It's not soundproof, so you can hear noises from next door. Luckily it's weekdays. So, still ok

It was near the airport, and there were some decent facilities nearby, such as, self-laundry, mart, ikan bakar restaurant and cafe. The room was okay and the staff was friendly. I enjoyed my stay there.

The room wasn't quite soundproof and you could hear people outside easily.

Please put a coffee table for do some homework with internet in the room. Room by room need a good sound proof partician... Swimming is open for the customer guest who make short visit!

It is cheap so i can’t complaint much. But i will still put some review to help others to decide. The wall is too thin that you can hear every single conversation from people outside of the room. so if you wanted to rest, better pay more at a different property.
