The location was good. Walking distance to Chinatown, UTC, restaurants and everything. The rooms are new and comfortable. I like the toilet. We got the new side of it which is the other end of the building and our room is facing the street. They provided iron which is convenient for business or working trip. There is a place to hang the clothes. Parking was not much but just enough and since everything is nearby, we didn't really need to drive much unless you want to go to the bridge or KTCC mall.

We thought the gym is included with this booking but apparently it is only given free if you book the hotel straight from them. If not, you need to pay rm15 to use it. Our room was next to an empty lot on the right which I think is used as a bird nest house coz they will play the bird sounds whole day. Luckily they off it during midnight but can be disturbing during daytime if you are staying in the room. There are no other toiletries given except soap and shampoo. Basic coffee and tea is available.

It definitely exceeded my expectation. The hotel room is quite spacious, clean and comfortable, it looked quite aesthetic. Id say even better than my stay at bigger hotels in KT. There's a fan and aircond in my room. There's a provided parking space, limited but still available. I saw that there is provided a pantry and computer room in the first floor, did not visit though, but I thought that it might be plenty helpful to those travelling for work.

I was on the fifth floor and above my floor is another floor with their aircond system or something, it kept making banging noise all night. I could sleep wearing earphones, but I probably couldnt if I forgot to bring it. Hope they could fix the noise somehow.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and we truly appreciate the excellent service we received. During our stay, we had to request a comforter change in the middle of the night. Even though it was Malam Raya and the receptionist was working alone, he responded quickly and efficiently. Despite housekeeping not being available in the same building, he went out of his way to get a fresh comforter for us without any hesitation. His dedication and professionalism made a huge difference in our experience. We are truly grateful for his kindness and prompt assistance. Thank you for going the extra mile! This level of service is what makes a hotel stand out. Highly recommended! Will definitely stay here again.

Location is perfect. Within walking distance to the Pulau Warisan Night Market and all the good food along that street. Adjacent to Level up Fitness Xpress, which is not only the largest gym in Terengganu but all of East Coast Peninsular! It's also walking distance to the bus station which has a bus that goes straight to Merang for ferries to Redang.

There's actually not that much. The room is too big because I am staying alone? Some small traffic noises but nothing earplugs can't help. I struggle to find anything I don't like.

good location, not too far to center... got a place to eat down the hotel . hotel is building renovated shop lot, seems newly done. some work still not completed, most things are new. clean. good staff, friendly, helpful, Clean room, big and easy to move around, great shower pressure and heat, A/C super cold.

parking space.. can improve a bit, like lines for guide.. where to park and crowded. but still they have a parking lot which is a big win, rooms are not padded or carpeted, makes sound echoes, so cant make too much noise.

easy location to get to any place I want to go.. because its middle of town... more i like is my wife using wheelchair... before this when i go hotel we have problem with small room area... but at here we get very big room area.. so easy for wheelchair moving n solat... i also said to my wife.. next time if we travel again to K.Terengganu.. we will choose... The hotel should put more plastic for garbage... so it's easy for users to change the plastic garbage without having to go down to the counter to ask.

Basic but comfortable hotel. Our room was big and comfortable for 4 people. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Located in the city center. We only walked to find places to eat in the surrounding area.

This hotel is not soundproof. The sound of vehicles is quite disturbing at night. The room is not very clean but acceptable. The bath towels are quite thin and the quality should be improved. The lobby on the 1st floor has a rather unpleasant smell like the smell of sewage.

I always come back here as I need to travel to terengganu for work purpose and there is just no other hotel that I could think of other than this hotel. their room is spacious even for a single bed.., and they have a water dispenser (at level 1) which suit my needs. I enjoyed each and every stay I had at the hotel. please do visit arena boutique hotel whenever you are in kuala terengganu.

i wish housekeeping would check inside the kettle while cleaning since there might be some leftover from the previous tenant. it might attract ants.
