This is by far the best place to stay at in Kuala Terengganu (and I have been in KT multiple times at multiple other hotels). Everything in the hotel is brand-new and very clean. I stayed in a family plus room that had a wall separating the two connected parts of the room. I really love the fact that they give two separate room cards. Two bathrooms, two ACs, two TVs, two everything in one room (amazing). The place has a Surau and has even a view deck from which you can see the Drawbridge. As for the people who work here, these are some of the most kind, well organised, and professional workers I have ever witnessed at a hotel.

The clean, cosy and well-maintained rooms and facilities, the majestic view of the famous Jambatan Angkat and Terengganu coastline and the helpful staff. The hotel is close to many eateries and a mere 7 min-drive to Pasar Payang and the modern malls. The hotel staff took the extra effort to check with us our expected time of arrival, and informed us that our room would be ready if we needed to check in half an hour earlier. And they kept their promise! We were more than happy to be given a room on the highest floor, with a lovely view. Plus our room.was right next to the tastefully done viewing deck, so that was indeed a bonus. We got to see fireworks every night which were held across from Jambatan Angkat.

It was the festive (and rainy) season, so finding a parking spot at the hotel was a bit tricky.

The location was in the middle of city center, near to bus station and Pasar Payang for tourist. The hotel is new, I didn't expect it. The room was comfortable for me travelling alone. Even the lobby smells great 😉 The room was clean and they provided all necessary items such as toiletries. They also have smart TV so if you wanna enjoy your Netflix, you can! They also have room for co-working, with slight view of Terengganu drawbridge. They provided parking for those who drive, but it is limited so I guess first come first serve. But for those who wants to travel via bus and just using grab in the city, this shouldn't be an issue and I highly recommend to do so. Otherwise, you can use public park and pay using machine nearby :D

I recently stay at Citi Plaza Hotel Terengganu, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! Since the hotel is new, everything feels fresh and modern. The facilities are excellent, making my stay very comfortable. One of the first things I noticed when I entered was how good the hotel smells—it creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with a warm smile and ready to assist with anything. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a super comfy bed that made me sleep like a baby. I also loved the thoughtful little touches, like the well-equipped amenities and the peaceful ambiance. Overall, my stay at Citi Plaza Hotel Terengganu was truly enjoyable. If you're looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-managed hotel in Terengganu, I highly recommend this place! Would definitely stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at DJ Citi Plaza Hotel, and overall, it was a solid experience. Located in a central area, the hotel offers convenient access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping spots, making it a great option for both business and leisure travelers. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing quick check-in and check-out service. The rooms themselves were spacious and well-maintained, with modern furnishings and a comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked well but you can’t control the temperature. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, perfect for those who need to stay connected while traveling.

However, the most significant issue I encountered was noise. The walls seemed quite thin, as I could hear conversations and movement from the room next door clearly. The sound echoed through the room, making it hard to get a peaceful night’s rest. This could be a deal-breaker for light sleepers or those seeking a more serene atmosphere.

Instant coffe provided for breakfast. Hotel near to the iconic Drawbridge and several key attractions like Pasar Payang. The location was fantastic. Easily access nearby landmarks. The view from my room can see the Drawbridge. Satisfied parking - luckily, there still parking spaces even leaving and entering the hotel

No foot mat in front of the bathroom. - the floor getting wet after use bathroom No aircond/fan provided at the ironing area. Thought honeymoon decorations can bring home cause a quite pricey for the simple decoration, but still good. *nvm 😂 #loveganu 🫶🏻

Location is so near to pasar payang. The room is new since it is a new hotel, they provide free flow drink at the lobby until 7pm. The room itself is clean and have a comfy bed. We like the mini bar in between our room. The aircond is super cool and quiet.

The smell from the corridor of our room which is not so pleasant and we cannot check in at 3pm because of the room is not ready. The room is ready at 4.30 pm which is so late since we're travelling from far and really need a quick rest and stretch. They only provide 3 clothes hanger which is not enough for 3 days stay. I think they sould provide more clothes hanger. Above all, i still like this hotel and definitely will come again.

-the design is modern - staff is 24/7 and nice -the parking space ! - location is great . close to jambatan angkat , good good food festival , mayang mall , pasar payang , payang walk , etc -got space for rest and free copy eventho no option for breakie

- centralised AC - need to inform staff to adjust the ac - the walls is totally not sound-proof . i can hear all noice from outside or from next room - the water heater only last less than 15minutes . then, it turns out to cold water again - the room is clean till you can spot the stain on walls and on bed frame !

New hotel near national mosque of Terrangganu. Lots of cafes & restaurants nearby.. Supermarket & foot spa within 200mtrs of hotel. Exceptional cafe/bistro in front of the hotel with local & international options.. Must try baking studio / cafe Canteksekali. Can see drawbridge from our room & there's a viewing deck on the top floor. Staff was very helpful & honest in their responses. Complimentary hot drinks in the lounge area mornings & afternoon

Room size was a little small. Other than that nothing that we didn't like.

Hotel yang sangat selesa dan bersih. Kami menerima layanan yang baik oleh pihak hotel. Overall we had a good experience. However, the free parking space was limited and based on "first come first serve" basis. In regards to this, the hotel actually provide a vip parking where we only had to pay rm15 per night for each parking slot. The vip parking was under the hotel's supervisions which i would totally recommend other customers to opt for vip parking. Not forget to mentioned, the hotel provide freeflow complimentary drinks which were 3 types of coffee and there were water dispenser as well. Would totally comeback since we had a pleasant stay.

There were constructions under the hotel, but it was not a big deal for us since we didnt stay in the hotel much during the evening. You would not be disrupted by the sound if you stay in higher level though.
