easy access to KTCC, easy access to food (got nasi kandar, fine cuisine, coffee shop nearby) ample parking. requested for late check-out and it was no issues for them. (we checkout at 1++ pm) basic menu selection for breakfast but taste-wise is good. We had some issues with room key but one of the staff (not sure what is his name, we forgot to take note) was very helpful. Kuddos to him🙌🏻 Got sejadah, kiblat direction and quran provided in each room. (for muslim)

cleanliness in the toilet can be better. we stay at 5th floor, there is some renovation in progress outside our balcony. Hence not able to open window since we can see them outside and was afraid they can see us too😂 bit comfortable for women.

I made the choice to stay at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. The hotel is comfortable and cleanliness is maintained. The room is clean and the toilet is also clean. The swimming pool provided is in good condition. I like this hotel because the price includes breakfast. I can see a beautiful view from the room. I can see the beach and the beautiful waves through the hotel window. I will come back again bringing my kids.

The downside that I see is that the parking space is very limited and you have to park far away. I hope the hotel can provide additional parking space for guests only.

Hotel location near drawbridge and ktcc mall and many famous food restaurant here. This hotel got indoor swimming pool which is my child very like play water and dont need to think hot from the sun.

Time to check in is little late. Should 3pm and i got to check in 3.20pm because the crowd with other customer. One more about car parking is very limited and need to park out from hotel if peak day.

My room has been upgraded to a Premium Suite with an extra single bed and without additional charge due to the inavailability of the booked room, definitely beyond my expectation. Everything was good and close to the eateries, shops and mall. Overall, am happy with my stay in this hotel.

The parking space is limited. I have to park outside, at the paid parking space of Majlis Perbandaran. Maybe better to add more sofas in the lobby.

Staffs were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was simple but decent. KTCC Mall just few steps away from the hotel, very convenient

Need to improve on the cleaning part. Hair strands from a previous stay found in my room. The hallway area got a damp smell. Maybe because of the carpet.

room is quite clean but a lot of dust maybe because of the carpet and im very allegic to dust. but the bed is super comfy and there extra pillow.

dont have signature food of terengganu .just basic breakfast. hope can improve in future. put new menu like nasi dagang or pulut nyior or keropok lekor.

Room is spacious and comfortable bed. Close to mall and restaurants which is nice.

Lobby looks creepy and old. No one answer our call bcoz we had issues with AC and TV. We called so many times, no answer.. went to lobby 3x then only someone attended. They cant fix the AC so they upgraded our room which is nice but so much inconvenience moving rooms specially it was late night.

Spacious room with basic amenities. Reasonable price with breakfast included. Reasonable selection of breakfast choices. Good location. Near to shopping mall and other tourist spots

Limited and tight parking. Not easy to park if driving bigger vehicles such as MPV or 4 wheels drive.

Location is superb. Very near to KTCC Mall, soon Mayang Mall and Draw Bridge. Room is spacious with comfy beds. Breakfast even not much of choices, but its complete and delicious with Terengganu's main dishes.

Parking space provided by the hotel is too limited.
