My husband Tansri Zainal and I would like to thank you for the service provided while staying at the Hotel on 25 & 26/3/24. Upon our arrival on 25/3/24 at 3.00pm, we were informed that Ramadan Iftar was full and only the stairwell was available. Since my husband uses a wheelchair, I refused. But due to the concern of their Hotel Employee, Pn. Suaibah and Pn. Rahimah, I have been given a seat in the front. Many thanks to all the hotel employees who gave cooperation and service. Iftar food has a variety of dishes and is delicious

Pipe handle in toilet almost broken...should change to modern style as this is 4 star rated hotel..if improvised more on interior design will be great.

Close to the beach and street food stalls were within walking distance. The KTCC mall was about 7 mins walk away.. staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good. Room spacious.

Old furniture, including the toilet and bathroom. Needs to have some new furniture and bathroom tiles.

AC was function well. Comfortable room, nice tv channels. Spacious pool for kids. Variety food for breakfast! I love it!!

Kids pool floor so steeping and not safety for below 3years old without monitoring by parents. Anyhow please put on arm float on your kids.

The facilities is superb despite its an old hotel. Lovely place. Near the beach. I walked to nearest night market on certain day.

The food on the anjung was meh. Rm 15 for two pieces of ikan celup tepung kinda overkill. Otherwise ok.

The location. Right in city center but still accessible to the beach. The mall also within walking distance and easy to go anywhere

Was under construction thus not having full nice view of the hotel. The room premier deluxe was good but unfortunately the bathtub floor is damaged thus the water leaked to the bathroom floor. Balcony light was also not working.

One thing that I keep on staying here is the location and location. Friendly and ever helpful staff! Always look forward to the breakfast for Nasi Dagang.

It's a premier room but the bathroom is not really up to the standard. Need to change the bathtub and face and hand towel should be provided.

to be honest. because this hotel is quite old, i didnt have high expectation. but the room was surprisingly proper. the design was classic but it doesn't feel like an old room. it was also clean and spacious.

the air conditioning was a bit hard to control. even at the lowest setting, it was cold.

We got a free upgrade from standard Deluxe room to premium Deluxe room. Thank you.

The aircon was so cold and I'm able to control it even it on the lowest side.
