I love to stay at your hotel coz nice location,nice accomodations.many times already stay here..room service and engineering staff are very helpful.keep it up..

Front desk dont have product knowledge.asking for shopping mall coz i wanna order maxim.but not helping.informed front desk to ask hk to clear my trash while im going out,i put do not disturb but already gave permission to just enter.but sadly no action till im coming back then hk knock my door even got do not disturb (im solat that time)..front desk staff bit annoying..not friendly..

Location in town center..near to pasar payang, mosque, Famous Fauzi Nasi kerabu and sorrounded by lots restaurants

The staff not friendly enough... very selfish, seem dont know how to deal with customer. Lacks Of smile... especially the front office staff as the frontliners

Comfortable, cold air cond, tv channels okay, breakfast provided is basic but taste good enough. Suitable for working travellers who need quick breakfast before work.

Parking is a little limited and tight. I came during weekdays and it was already full at night. I think parking during holidays and weekends is going to be tough.

The room is great enough and compatible with the price! I am satisfied with my stay and the breakfast buffet is good as well

One thing that is lacking is that maybe the hotel could provide plastic bags for the dustbn in the hotel room and the toilet because my room had none of them

Room service Food - the taste too bad Cafe -breakfast Need improvement on food taste and make more choices. Staff - need more friendly and more smile at face. (Don't judge people's by their ware). If guess ask for clean the room please totally clean it especially bathtowels..

the price, the location. very near to everything. parking space is the best since local council is strict with parking tickets. if you're feeling adventurous you can walk to pasar payang but make sure to bring your wagon or cart for the shopping

breakfast is great but i have tasted better breakfast before during my previous stay here (their nasi dagang is good)

What we love the most is the high water pressure and extremely cooling air-conditioning. It's location is very strategic and convenient in the center of town which are also quite near to some of the tourist attractions around town.Thumbs up guys and keep up the good work!!!

I liked that the sleeping area and the bathroom were cleaned properly

The channels on the television were grainy. The wifi connection in the room was bad, having wifi deadspots from the bed to the window where it was further from the entrance

First of all, the location of this hotel is truly amazing. It's next to Masjid Abidin and the bus terminal station of KT. Secondly, the hotel itself is very clean and has big rooms that include all needed things. Lastly, the staff are very kind and helpful. I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel when one visits KT.
