A lovely room with big windows looking out over the city. Good shower and air con. Lots of breakfast options although the fruit selection was less good. An easy walk to ChinaTown and Central Market.

A few things to note: Hotel parking is on 6th floor and we found it a little difficult to find on arrival. This is a traditional Muslim hotel and I was more comfortable making sure shoulders and knees were covered. Shorts for either men or women not a good idea! We couldn’t use the great open air pool on 11th floor as we didn’t have Islamic style swimwear.

Location at the center of the town. Easy to get food or groceries. The room is comfortable,very clean and safe.

The cafeteria in front of the pool there is pros and cons, Cons is the parents with small kids unable to enjoy the food because our children are really excited to go to the pool. My kids are around 2 to 6 years old. The next day because it was time consuming we decided we would not have breakfast at the hotel worried our children would ask to go to the swimming pool. 😄.

Staff was able to give us early check in which i appreciated as i was there for work. Everything about the room is good for me and it was comfortable to sleep as well. I like that parking is free for guest, just need to validate at counter. It is near UTC and a mall so you can still find food walking distance and also is not far to drive to the pasar, waterfront and the chinatown.

I dont think so. Maybe just dont like parking i need to drive all the way to level 6 but is not a big deal.

- view of kuala terengganu from the room, we got a seaview room - basic amenities provided in the room. They event have a comb and sewing kit! - breakfast was good with traditional nasi dagang n other specialities - near to a mall. - at heart of the city. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

- I requested in booking for a double bed. I got a twin bed. Should request back during check in i think

Staff friendly n helpful.Room was spacious.We did experience some problem where suddenly the power was out.The front desk team did their amazing job by sending two staff to handle our situation asap.Everything went back as usual.Tq paya bunga.Looking forward any good offers by this hotel especially for us in future.

couldn't place order on menu f&b during tea time.we just came n was hungry after check in.The staff from f&b responded that no meals are served for room service during hi tea.Would be much more customer or guest friendlier service if there is no such term stated in future.

Very convenient location. Next to a mall with cinema. Gym is very well equipped with smith machines and free weights.

Parking is slightly inconvenient because at the 6th floor but good thing is that you can validate the parking. Breakfast was also subpar and expensive.

Near in town

The validation of the parking access Customers from different level have to go down to the lobby to validate the touch n go card and again going up to the level 6 Parking Area before exit. It’s been easier to customer if there is a validation desk at the same level 6 once the customer going to the parking level

It is very clean & bed is quite comfortable. Food is delicious especially their croissant. The shower foam & shampoo is very fragrant. It is also near to famous nasi dagang atas tol & the bus station.

The staff at reception on the day that i arrived is not quite friendly.

All the facilities i'll like very much Except bath area dont have sliding glass The situation when taking a shower will splash all over the room because there is no glass door

Excellent location . Easy to find food at night , though during Raya not many shops opened . KT is a small town ,so all within walking distance. Attentive staff , very fast Housekeeping assistance.

The room is bit dated. Water clog in the bathroom.
