The staff were incredible. Couldn't do enough to please us. Communication was fantastic & fast. English was spoken by many staff members. The location was perfect as we could walk everywhere. The triple room was very spacious with a wonderful size bathroom. The double room was fine for two people, but the bathroom was rather small.

The location was great, just opposite to the bus terminus and next to the China Town & the Central Market (fruits market)! The bed was comfy and we felt on sleep after a long journey!

There was too many crazy motor cycle rider in Kuala Terengganu, they comes with the loud sound bike just next to you since your room was just next to the carriageway!

1) Location is good, few minutes from KT bus terminal. 2) Facilities are good. Hot water works well, movie in TV have subtitles, safe deposit box and fridge available. 3) Friendly and helpful staff 4) Reasonable price 5) If you're a walker like me, you can walk 20mins to Drawbridge from this hotel.

1) They don't provide parking, but you can park outside with minimum charge 60cent per hour.

Close to popular attractions, 24 hours reception who were responsive, comfortable bed, kiblat direction provided

No free parking for customers (often need to re-park in the evening), no elevators (problematic for the elderly), no wardrobe (longer clothes would not hang properly), insufficient hangers

No shampoo and can add on coffee like nescafe 3in1 in room. Water from Shower too slow . One more think , i apply queen bed from website but i got 2 single bed . Since , its not state on my pdf doc so i didnt ask for it .

Its location is perfect as it isn't far away from Zainal Abidin mosque ,Mydin shopping mall ,eatery places n Pasar Payang

1.No lift which is unsuitable for elderly people n family with small children plus travellers with lots of luggages 2.Limited tv channels - only 3channels which were uninteresting

room space and comfort. location hotel not to far to famous landmark place in Kuala Terengganu so u can walk and look around. a lot of nice local restaurant. so yummy. should try every single local taste

Location is great. A short walk to Chinatown,and the bus station. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the young man at reception helped me sort out a problem with my phone when I first arrived. Nice personal service.

Open parking, it would be great if you can provide parking. Should provide towel according to the number of people (room for 3, should be 3 towels)

The hotel location was great near tourists attractions, 5mins walking distance from bus station . This hotel have water purifier machine .

The stairs is high, i carried to many things and it was a bit difficult using stairs.
