Great location... It is located opposite Pulau Warisan and Chinatown attractions are just a lane behind it. The room was very clean albeit small. Despite some negative reviews on the owner, I found him amiable when I had a chat with him.

There is no negatives about this room, except that the room is small... But for us comfort and cleanliness is much more important than size of the room. One thing to note though is that this hotel has no lift therefore not disabled friendly. The toilet floor also can be slippery, so need to be careful

This hotelhas a smoking-friendly space upstairs and on the balcony. The location of the residence is also strategic, which is close to shopping places such as payang market and in front of the hotel across the river, there are many and delicious food stalls. The hotel staff is also good at serving guests and customer-friendly and beautiful.

For me who chose a room for 3 adults which is one queen bed and one single bed. This room is quite suitable for sleeping but it is quite narrow for Muslims to pray and we have to pray on the bed. A rather small table to put things like food.

near with food stall and city center. got rooftop and amazing view at night. have a lot parking but dont forget to pay if not u will get love letter. night time very quiet after 11pm even though located at city center. best place to get enough sleep after 1 day walking / shopping.

no toiletries provided at all. even their body wash empty. we use our own soap and shampoo. bedsheet and pillowcase a bit smelly like no change..

Simple and everything works just as intended. The aircon was cold and the hotel is perfectly clean and simple. Comparing to other hotels I've stayed I liked this one the most. Other hotels the aircon is old and has a smell, works pretty great here. And if u get to cold they have a small ceiling fan so it doesn't get too stuffy

The parking is abundant but bare in mind u need to put a ticket if u are to stay in until after 9. Other than that it's a great place

Its suitable for introvert or ambivert person like me haha , self check in when you arrive the door will open remotely, and room cars already above the counter, doesn’t need to meet anyone hehe its good

Clean room, clean bathroom, cool air conditioning, strategic location. Near to Payang market.

However, there is no prayer room, and it is a bit too tight. Make sure the door is always locked.

The room is clean. Affordable for group to stay. The view also nice because facing the sea. Near to pasar payang and also many store nearby. Parking also available infront the hotel.

there is no breakfast. however, the location of the hotel is nearby with many interesting place.
