Clean and neat places

Maybe can advise customer where to park because I got summoned by Bandaraya for RM250.

This place has amazing facilities, obviously it was set up with a lot of careful thought and planning. I have done an exceptional amount of hostel travel, and I was very impressed with the facilities here. Beautiful clean dorms. Plus major bonus of two good pillows per bed. Thank you! Location is perfect, eg close to China town. The solid building kept all the road noise out, so sleeping was easy. I would stay here again.

The real downside is the staff. No interaction with the guest unless the guest says hello first and then minimal. They were always there, on their phones, but never assisted or did anything, for example even though the place was quite empty all the rubbish bins, including the toilet bins, were overloaded, so it had been a long time since they were emptied, (still full when I ,) and the shower area had not been cleaned before I arrived, or at any time that I was there. A minor negative, is everywhere you look there is a sign that tells you not to do something. Makes you feel like you're at an over domineering grandmother's house. See pic only as an example. One door, with three(!) no shoes and two no smoking signs.

The receptionist on my arrival was very curt, omitted to tell me about the coffee facilities or the existence of a smoking room. Rolled her eyes when I asked to hire a towel. Another reception person told me it would take 2 hours from the hostel to the airport. He even looked it up on the computer!

The room is basic but clean and comfortable. We booked a double private room with no window but got upgraded to one with a window. The manger was friendly and helpful. The common area has free coffee, hot and cold water, a fridge and a microwave all available for use of guests. There is also a pool table, a tv and a nice chill area.

It says 24 hour reception on booking.com and that’s why we booked as we knew we’d arrive early. Unfortunately this isn’t the case, reception doesn’t open until after 8am

inside the room looks like the staff never clean it , clumps of hair on the floor and cobweb on the ceiling there is fine dust on the floor behind the tv causing my husband to sneeze and throw up frequently because he has asthma , no matter what, this hotel is beautiful and the best, just need to improve the cleanliness a little more to make it more comfortable

The staffs are really helpful. I booked a bed in mixed dorm first but then asked for an upgrade with little extra payment to individual room with private toilet and they're very helpful on that. Also they allowed me to stay at the common area until my bus schedule at night. The location was just near to main bus terminal but you still required a grab/maxim to go there especially at night

The cleanliness of room and toilet could be improved. There's some food debris observed on table at common area which attracted ants. I think the property needs to be a bit more strict on cleanliness from their tenant.

Everything was perfect except for the really bad smell in my bathroom (that's why I gave 9 instead of 10). Cozy little cute room with nice light, extra ordinary cute Chillout/ kitchen area

Comfort, serene, clean and near to everything

The staffs there are professional with their job although always minding their own business, which is quite not a warm welcome for me but its okay. Oh ya, usually hostel provide a towel for their guest to stay in, i was booking through booking.com, maybe they should state in their page that no towel provided, but overall the stay was great and i rest with comfort

It is a bit dull. Staff could be more friendly and warming that definitely would create better vibe and empathy among guests. Definitely quiet and relaxing though

Drinking water was out of order that day. But we bought water from next door, 7-eleven.
