One night stay during my business trip, I just love everything about this hotel. Clean room, great location, friendly staff and nice service. And nice cafe too! I would definitely choose this hotel again when I am on business trip ❤

The staff there was attentive and ready to help you if needed. I got a room right behind the concierge desk in the lobby so we didn’t have to climb the stairs since the hotel did not have a lift. The location is great too, walking distance to pasar payang. They provide towels, basic toiletries and a YL diffuser in the room which was a nice touch.

The room isn’t soundproof AT ALL. Which means with my room being right behind the concierge, and opposite their “store room” , we could hear everything. And I mean EVERYTHING. It could get noisy at night as they have a small cafe there with people entering/ leaving the hotel. And the floors of the hotel are also those semen stone type of flooring which means that your feet will get black 🥲.

Very clean, near to pasar payang can just walk. Got several cafes nearby as well. They have their own cafe too. Staffs are friendly. They provide essential oil and diffuser as well for the night, which is a nice touch. Overall a good one night stay, and good pricing as well

Sink inside the room, makes the floor around/below the sink a bit wet. Everything else is good.

A complete room with all basic amenities and all in good condition. Things provided: ironing, drinking water dispenser at each floor, toothbrush, humidifier, coffee, tea, kettle, power points, small table, luggage rack, towel, hangers, hair dryer, body wash gel, strong water pressure with rain shower.... not noisy at all. Overall fantastic room, clean, friendly front desk service, very nice hidden cafe at the back of the hotel, near restaurants, cafes and kopitiams, 7 eleven is just next door. Parking availability is ok, many more public parking spaces at the back of the hotel short walk away. Lockers are available for tenants who stays in dormitory.

Few things that may not go well with some guests: toilet door is folding type hence may be a bit noisy opening and closing during night time, toilet door is not dark enough hence light shining thru may be too bright for the sleeping person, wash basin is outside the toilet which may be noisy for the sleeping person but can be convenient too.

Water dispenser on every floor. Budget value for solo traveler as there is no other offers something like this in Kuala Terengganu. Nice cafe restaurant.

Tiny room for dorm. No pantry and common area. Maybe the common area is the balcony but I feel it’s for smokers. The only space is the cafe but it is only for people who come to consume their food and beverage.

Affordable bicycle hire, privacy curtains, friendly and warm staff. The cafe on the ground floor. Balcony and clothes drying area, free (very) cold, room temperature and hot drinking water on every floor. The bathrooms and Japanese-style gender markers for male and female. Free spacious lockers. Location right near Chinatown, Pasar Payang and the night market. A check-in machine outside for late or very early check-in/out.

The bedroom aircon only reached the 2 middle beds out of 6 beds.

I had a nice stay at the hotel. the room fits just nice for a person. got window and a nice view of pasar payang. also its a walking distance to pasar payang. have water dispenser at each level. room is also clean and comfortable.

parking is a bit limited since there is not much space in front of the hotel. but you may also park behind the hotel and must walk a little bit.

Great location in China Town, 10 minute walk from the bus station, lots of good places to eat nearby and right next to a 711. A good place to stop for a couple of nights on the way to/from Perehentian and Redang. Their coffee shop is great too and you even get a free welcome coffee!

Everything was great. This was my 3rd time to stay in this hotel with my family. Location is very strategic in the middle of Chinatown and a lot of food nearby so no need to worry cannot find things to eat. Also, quite surprise me is the check in system where they have changed it to vending machine. Basically is self service in check-in and check-out and it is quite easy and can done is less than 5 mins. This is my first time to see a hotel do so as i think other hotel still using manpower for check in and out.

Helpful and polite staff.. Facilities were very clean and there was a nice communal balcony. A rack to dry your clothes and drinking tea coffee and filter water available on every floor. Definitely recommend and would come again. Secure lockers provided as well and towels!!

Dorm was on the smaller side but didn't really mind it that much.
