Hotel were really nice and new .Staff are friendly.Reception supervisor Ruziaty was helpfully attitude.Allow me early check in even me upgraded my room to high category for a gesture and good will.Ac in room very cold.I never found this ac system use in other hotel.Bath tub is spacious.Bed also very comfortable.Car park available but limited slot, firts come first served.But if guest come late night there is ample parking outside with minimal charges .Definitely come back next time.Good job J Suites.Big Thump.I give 10 ⭐.

Location was pretty easy to find. Good that they have a lift and wheel chair ram access for the benefits of older folks with travel limitation. A walk down and there are some pretty decent restaurants (Halal and also Chinese) next to it for food. It's also not too far from the Taman Tamadun Islam jetty (to go to Redang). Nearby is the Chinatown. Staff are also responsive to request.

Parking is very limited though. During peak season (school holidays), this is troublesome. Have to rely on street / roadside parking. Luckily nothing happened to our car. But have to remove all luggage from car.

We recieved a complementary upgrade to a window room! Was very nice of the hotel staff. Also when I asked for some extra water and a change in towels, they'd come to me straight away.

The smart functions of the TV didn't work. But as we didn't used it, it was no problem for us. Also it was a bit noisy

1) Very clean 2) Modern design, 3) Equipped with hair-dryer, little cute iron & ironboard 4) Very friendly front desk staff.

1) No direct access to the hotel entrance if we park in the basement and look scary/ not safe. 2) Not enough space for muslim to perform sholat in the room. 3) The bedframe is too high & not safe for small kids. 4) I requested an extra 1 towel for my kid but didn't give it to me. They only can entertain exchange towels. So we need to share 2 towels for 3 people.☹️

I travel a lot, been in a lot of hotels not only KT but whole East Coast. This hotel is by far the best value for money. Huge room, clean, great service by staffs, got space to do work. Easy parking, got few restaurant options nearby. And most importantly, opposite there actually got a gym at the top floor.

Friendly staff. Room with 4star goods (hairdryer, laundry bag, good towel, good shower)

Toilet not 100% clean. Water heater no hot water. Space too tight to do a prayer... very small room to rated 4 star

The location is very good. The hall and rooms had good smell. The staff is friendly.

隔音不太好 The lift was broken on the next morning when we needed to check out. Lucky we stayed on 1st floor only.

The best and so comfortable hotel at kuala terengganu and the best part the staff was so helpful and mine got problem the staff come thru and ask us to change our room , it was so good 😎😍 if i visit terengganu of course will come again at J suites hotel … and the besttttt part our bed isssa good really good ! feelsss like at home 🤩 tq

The location i cannot fine nearby shop at midnight , need to find with car , and the carpark always fullllll so i need to park my car behind the road

The location was strategic to visit Chinatown, the waterfront and Pasar Payang especially for those who love or don’t mind walking.

The price is affordable for a king bed.

1. Please advise the deposit RM100 before checking in. I am usually cashless so didn't bring any money. 2. Parking is limited. 3. Not a very spacious room.
