Staff was satisfy the other request instead booking.com . Staff were friendly manner, showing sale person presence at the Receptions Counter. Very near from Pasar Payang.Nice view and quit silently during my visit. The equipment was funtioning at all.Keep it up on your maintainance.

Equipment for the room like Electrical Kettle not clean properly instead still hv ballance of water from previous Guess. Glass map not change to new and still wet. Hygine. The small ice box inside wooden board hv smelly like old food when open for used.

Our 2nd stay at this hotel. The location is nice, just walking distance to the KT waterfront. Close to town. Breakfast spread is nice, perhaps can serve nasi dagang 😄

the mini fridge is not working, Overall other basic amenities in the room are well functioned & good.

Location was good..Near to Pasar Payang..Easy to find local food.

Ladies at counter not friendly at all..I think that ladies got period pain 😏😏

Difficulty in flushing the toilet bowl. The toilet not so clean ☹️ And air cond a bit noisy.

The staffs at the counter were helpful. Rooms clean. You dont get lost in the hotel as it is small. The riverview is excellent from the cafe during breakfast. Breakfast has mixed dishes of western & Malaysian..

The bathroom's walls need cleaning.. if this is well cleaned, the stay could have been perfect.
