The hotel is new i think so everythig looking clean and nice, parking is ample, location is very near to everything, easy to find, staff is friendly, room is clean and comfy, water pressure is good, room provided with hairdryer and kettle, iron and ironing board is at a common area, will stay here again for sure

Theres only one socket in the room and it is right beside the bed so kind scared to use the kettle there

The hotel is new, clean and the interior design suits my preference (i.e modern minimalist) compared to my previous stays at other surrounding hotels. Staff upgraded my room to a bigger size (without charges) and very kind to assist me for late checkout (RM10/hr).

Perfect location. Across main town. But surrounded by many shops. Especially a very big Watson. Local food choices limited but many chain ones.

The blanket/duvet is a little too light. It needs to be heavier to fall nicely. Because the room is small and only a/c provided, it can get very stuffy. A fan would be nice too.

I love that it is so clean and strategic since the hotel is surrounded with so many other facilities and shops.

The only thing I have to comment about the hotel is how I wish it has a reserved parking spot for their customers. Apart from that, I’m very much satisfied.

Location is very strategic, about 10 minutes to TGG airport and, 20 minutes to town. Nearby have many shops for food and others. Mydin is just next to it, just 2 minutes walk. Overall, very good experience.

Maybe is room and toilet space is quite small.

No hanging rack at ironing area. No place to put ironed clothes while you are ironing.

I love everything about the hotel. Definitely gonna repeat staying there.

Theres no room for praying in the family room. The bed already taken more space hence no place to pray. The hot shower is not funtioning well. The aircond not cold enough. Or maybe the weather too hot.

Location is good, close to so many food outlets and Mydin Mall. But there was no dedicated parking space. Clean rooms, very basic good for backpacking. Tight space in the toilet.

Clean! Nothing to dislike. Even got the prayer mat. Easier for muslim. Definitely will repeat!

Only one thing the room got no mirror haha. You need to go in the bathroom for mirror.

The location is excellent, room is small, but sufficient for a short stay. Room is clean, shower is good.

The space inside the room, very limited to solat.
