I really like the location, it has a lot of food stall, restaurants and vendors and also mall. You also can access variety food deliveries app for much more food options! The hotel itself is so good, clean, we entered the room, it was so pleasant, smell nice, the room and beds were very tidy, the bathroom was super clean and comfortable. They provide us enough necessities like towels, toiletries, bin, very clean beddings, hangers and hooks for cloth hanging and even a plug extension. They have clean and huge mirrors in the room and bathroom. The price is so much affordable and they even let us have late checkout untill 2 pm for no extra charges. The staffs were literally so friendly and helpful! Tips! Book a hotel's reserved parking cus it's free! My picture are all about the room, you can see how clean the floors are!

We got a broken extension but it's okay cause there are 2 plugs but hoping the hotel will check it before customer enter the room. Oh and since the weather here is like scorching hot, we were hoping to enter the room with opened air conditioning but that's also not a big deal cus the ac works really well and it cool down the place quickly. The place is just very perfect for our family! Will always come back when we travel KT.

The location is quite good, minus the heavy traffic in KT town.there are lots of makan place one can explore nearby this area,with mydin just around the corner, its super convenient. Bedding and bathroom arrangement are very good.we got a room with separate toilet and shower. Though in the toilet there is ashower as well (no heater) so it saved us lots of time 😄

Water pressure in the toilet needs improvement. Its too slow. Front counter personnel need to have a welcoming face too

It is a cozy n nice hotel. The staff are very helpful n friendly. I like to stay there. This is my 3rd time. I will definitely be back.

The fact that the hotel is in between bussines premisses.. So parking spaces are limited. Luckily the hotel provides 4 parking spaces. It is unoccupied during workdays... But it is quite a handful during weeked

safe, lots of shop & pharmacies nearby, a walking distance restaurants, friendly receptionist, clean & comfy room especially for 5adults like me, i will make it as a default hotel for my next trip in Kuala Terengganu.. highly recommended!

Curtains not full cover windows. Curtains not double layer. These cause light can get in when night and outsiders can see through when open at day. King bed front of bath room. Not so nice.
