I love the cleanliness of the toilet and room! We left the room for almost a day, and the room service staff even folded our telekung properly for us while cleaning. Whomever you're, may Allah ease your life always ♥️

❌️ There's no iron provided, and you have to iron your clothes outside. It's quite a hassle. ❌️ Parking. There are reserved parking spaces in front of the hotel, but they are always full. We made a few tours just to find a parking space.

Hotel lobby so welcoming, bright & display wonderful & lovely painting. Love it. They have lif to ease the customer go to their designated rooms. Staffs very kind & helpful. Cleanliness superb. Room very comfy. I only have reservation on limited parking space & packed breakfast & self coffee machine. I was hoping to enjoy atleast my favourite scramble egg done at hotel breakfast hall. Overall i enjoyed my stay here. Other shops, eatery & dining places are nearby. Will definitely come here again.

The location is in the middle of a busy shopping street. When I first stayed at this premise, it was quiet, with not so many shops opened, but this time there are a lot of shops, and restaurants are just steps away

The parking - you have to rebut with other shoppers, but there are many empty lots after 10.00 p.m.

From the very 1st time we stayed at this hotel (which was several years ago when it was newly set up) till now, the hotel has continued to improve in terms of its facilities and services. For this trip, we were pleased to note that the hotel has started to provide breakfast. 😀 Most importantly, they have good and friendly staff at the counter.

The location was good. Eazy to find. 7-11, restaurant and lots of shops just around. Surprisingly the bathroom were super clean. Good job for the housekeeping team 👍 The front desk was friendly and polite. The hotel environment was great.

if there is a Mini sofa and a coffee table for the family room it is a PLUS 😍 No Breakfast No refrigerator Street Parking at your own risk. more parking lot after 6pm.

found out the room was not clean. got 1 staff on duty at that night, he decided to changed our bed sheets and clean up all. respect for him. he manage to settle it for us. i love the service. friendly staff 🙌🏻✨✨✨

I traveled to Humaira during eid adha holiday. I requested to change my room because the air conditioner got problem with indoor unit in the early morning of eid adha after a night struggling sleeping without aircon. The staff quickly re arranged the new room for me. The staffs ;either female or male are friendly and kind,including their cleaning staffs as well.
