The location was great, next to Mydin where we could eat and do our shopping. There were cafes downstairs as well for us to have coffee with a grocery shop too. Breakfast was always served on time. I like the fact that there was a proper lounge that had a small dining table and TV and a door that led to the bedroom proper.

The pillowcases looked quite old, and the bathroom could have been cleaner. There was one day where they didn't clean the room and we had to call an auxiliary staff to do it. Mohammad was very professional and even changed our bed linens to fresh ones and gave us face towels.

For the price you pay for what you get is just more than enough. All the staffs are very helpful & friendly. Checking in & out was very smooth. Ample space of parking for free right in-front of the hotel. Buffet Breakfast was definitely above par. Variety of foods just enough for you to enjoy. The room is comfortable. Aircond was top notch especially when the weather is scorching hot that time. Cozy bed. Iron & Board provided in the room. Shower provided is not built in (3rd party) but still above my expectations. Location wise just 10-15 minutes from City Centre. Straight road driving into town. Not to mentioned the paddy field view is just calming from the room. Even have the rooftop lounge area for you to relax. Wakaf Che Yeh is just 2-3 minutes away as well. Got plenty of foods & bazaar around for you to explore. And to take note the hotel is fairly new.

Hotel & Room wifi connection was a bit jerky. Often got disconnected not sure because of my room location. Mobile Line is also downside for mine (Maxis) always on two bars. Hence internet is a bit of hassle. TV only got few channels which even if you connect with your devices the internet is still not good.

Room is spacious, air conditioning works really well, good water pressure, bed is big enough & comfortable, complete facilities presented in the room. Location is great, there are shops lot at the ground floor for coffees, dessert, & basic groceries. And Mydin Mall just next to the hotel.

Security is a bit loose. Anyone can enter the basement parking lot & access the lift to go to any floor. No guard present at the basement lift. Another thing is the bathroom is a bit dirty & needed a deep clean.

location wise is very near and convenient to the place we need to work and there is the biggest Mydin Mall next to the premise and lot of restaurants and shop lots nearby. There are also some govt office in the same building but different level with coffee shops (Zus Coffee and Old Malaya Kopitiam) and convenient store at the G level. Breakfast buffet is just nice, not too much, just enough.

they didnt make up room on the 2nd day, maybe they missed our room, and the lighting is very dim at the WC in the room and corridor to the room.

What I liked most about this hotel is it's location. It's located in the outskirt of Kota Bharu i.e. Tunjong and on the same road to/from Wakaf Che Yeh. So if you just spent your time in Kota Bharu or PCB in the late afternoon and going back to your hotel, you will be going against the major traffic coming into town. Beside the hotel is MyDin Mall. It's walking distance from the hotel where you could find many eateries and on Friday night, there's a 'pasar malam' in its parking lot selling all kinds of foods. The hotel lobby is located on 4th floor and there's a concierge on the ground floor to assist you on your luggage. Carpark is located in the basement and there is ample space. A lift will bring you to Level 4 or straight to your floor. No worries on waiting time as there were many lift cars. What I like about the room was that the wash basin is located outside of bathroom and beside the room entrance. The TV has quite a number of interesting channels and the picture clear. There's a self laundry shop about 5 minutes drive up the road after the G-Orange Mall.

Breakfast was fantastic especially their nasi dagang or kerabu, laksam and toast bread with kacang pool/ kambing. However, there's inconsistencies in their cooking such as one day the laksam was very good and the next day it wasn't good. The pillows were quite hard and uncomfortable.

nice staffs, common areas are clean. breakfast was superb! so many varieties from local traditional food to western. next to mydin mall and shoplots nearby. bed and pillow was ok, hopefully they change the linens everyday 😅 decent wifi

they don't have sign for the parking area. room and toilet really need thorough cleaning. saw cockroaches in the toilet, moths and paperbag bugs are everywhere in the room. tv have very limited channels, cannot connect to youtuve or netflix. the room also very dark. chairs need cleaning, so many stains i dont dare to sit. overall hygiene for the bedroom were very much questionable.

Lift - I AND FAMILY WITH SON WAS STUCK INSIDE LIFT I GIVE FEEDBACK AT THE COUNTER BUT , THEY ALREADY HAD INFORMED BY ANOTHER VISITOR SHOULD PUT UNDER MAINTENANCE OR CORDON OR SWITCH OFF THE LIFT ZONE, AND ASK MAINTENANCE WORKER TO TAKE ACTION.... DONT UNTIL ANOTHER VISITOR GET STUCK INSIDE LIFT Room - curtain alot of stain , same goes to Bed sheets Toilet , the water 💧 (Yellow colour and smell) Should do something QueenBed - can feel the spring already,

breakfast was good, above expectation. clean and comfort room. comfortable sofa at lobby. Location: walking distance to largest Mydin mall in Malaysia. just has to cross a road which is not a busy road.

Strictly no early check in. There is only 1 flight available from my place to Kota bharu. 9.45am reached airport. 11.15am reached hotel. Waited till 2pm only can check in. Was told extra charges apply if early check in. Most hotel allow early check in subject to availability. Noise: stayed at level 11. but can hear some drilling sound from upper floor till 5 something afternoon. Location: It is not too far from the Kota bharu town if read from the map. But consider the bad traffic jam during lunch hr and off office hr in kota bharu. i consider this hotel is far from the town which has more place of interests to visit.

The swimming pool on the 18th floor was fantastic. There were 2 sections for adults and children separately. There were toilet with showering facilities. There were staff ushering towels. There was also a gym available. The room was clean and bed linen was fresh.

The toilet bowl needs thorough cleaning. There were stains and stench. But covering up the bowl solves the problem.

Everything except the room condition. It was comfortable but the upkeep of the room could have been better.

My room condition. It was not bad but it could have been better with better maintenance and cleaning. You can see worm down furnitures. The toilet was not thoroughly cleaned. Stains on the wall and bathroom doors were obviously telling that the bathroom has never had a proper cleaning for a very long time.
