5th time staying here. Stayed 2 nights.. Convenient location. Parking available.. Friendly staff... Very near to town. Room facility good.

1. There was no much items available for Breakfast compared to the last few times. Had to request the staff to supply bread . 2. Bathroom door faulty...Door loose and difficult to lock. Bidet leaking badly from mains joint..had to manually on / off the bathroom mains tap every time. Highlighted to staff on day one ; not rectified until check out. Can improve on this.

I liked what the property had really prepared for us thoughout the stay, especially the towel, toiletries and iron. Prayer mat was a bonus! Also I liked that the location is accessible to various places and reachable to ATM, pharmacy

Not much power plugs available in the rooms, and the property was too pretty that they didn’t have plates and cups. Also drinking water that we had to walk a certain distance to get it.

The day i checked in they were not told me about the deposit and i was running out cash, they asked me to cash out first but that should be fine to me until this one staff were talking under the receptionist table and kinda rude. not facing customer and not friendly at all! the other staff are okay. should improved the staff behaviour and prepare some cash to give balance to cust. tq

Too bad, we were told no breakfast provided the whole Hari Raya week. Location was near to my parents' house and very close to the Kubang Kerian Mosque for Solat Raya. It was very convenient to us. The house deco was super excellent!! Keep it up.

There was no fan at all. We had to to be patience & wait for the air-conditions to cool our rooms (esp. during this hot weather), There was neither air-condition nor fan in the living area. It was so damn hot. Maybe it was purposely done to avoid people using the area. What a waste ... otherwise I would have rated this place 10/10.

FYI, it is a house-styled hotel. I recommended if you want a budget hotel. It is also comfortable to stay if you would to bring your family.

The water heater in my room sometimes is okay. Sometimes is not ok.

staff burst into our room to asked regarding iron sterika,, really disturbing staff smoking at the main lobby room during my check out

the host managed to prepared as requested. everything was nice fine and my parents are enjoy its so much. it was our second time here been here, and will come back in future again.
