The room was so clean and smelling good..its not like a studio aprtmnt more like a hotel room,toilet all ok..😊 my mom really like the room and we will be repeat again staying here if coming back to KB👍

Room kinda bit far away from the lift cause it at the end of hallway..my mom bit tired to walk that long distance but its ok..

At the Town area

Like the location. If you stay on Thursday-Saturday, there is Pasar Malam within walking distance. Nearby Pasar Siti Khadijah and other tourist attractions. Owner was very nice and helpful. When we inform on the bathroom door locked from inside, he immediately guide us on where to get the keys.

I recently stayed at a studio apartment that perfectly combined spacious accommodations with a convenient location near various shops. This made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. The hotel's convenient location near shops allowed me to explore the local area without any hassle. Parking for guest also free. I had a pleasant and memorable experience at this hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious and conveniently located place to stay. My suggestion if owner can add microvawe in the amenities. We like to order delivery food and sometime we need to reheat the food but too bad we unable to do it here.

The hallway not very clean and the door not so soundproof. We can here children yelling and running around at the hallway. Other than that everything really pleasant.

The room was so spacious and very clean. Wifi, cutlery provided. Tv channel quite varieties. The air-conditioning was superb. Water pressure and heater are marvelous.

The draining in the toilet need to be repair. It is not clogged but the water does not really going to the drainage making the toilet floor wet. Might be hard to repair it thus i think the best way host can help is to provide the water sweeper.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and tidy

Only rain shower in the bathroom, and some of the holes are blocked, hair get wet whenever taking shower; hope it can add on a normal shower head. Cars going into the basement car park and exiting the car park are using the same narrow road at the basement, and cannot see cars entering into the basement or going to the exit. Also no lift from basement to the lobby, we are taking our luggage using the car entrance or exit, got ourselves wet during the rain as there is not owning.

Clean, spacious and have its own carpark

The location was great, near to many of the popular locations (walking distance to Siti Khadijah Market, Istana Jahar, Cultural Village, War Museum etc), also near to many eateries. The property contacted me in advance to advice on location, where to park and reception location etc, staff were helpful and easily contactable (via whatsapp). Room was spacious (a studio apartment with kitchenette). Very happy with the stay
