The old furniture should be change the new one in room level 8 which not look like as in Booking.com picture. The carpet should be vacuum always to avoid dust. The honey star taste so bad when eat when breakfast. Should be change the new one. The bread so many choice but it's hard, to soft it use hot coffee or tea to make it soft. Nasi Kerabu is not going as par.. The rice tasteless not same as pasar malam taste,The beverage nice. Salad nice,

2 wrong incidents happened : 1) Qiblat sign not available in our room and the staff gave wrong direction 2) we are entitled for breakfast for 2 rooms that we booked, due to system error the staff at coffee house only allowed 1 room (2 pax) for breakfast, kind of embarrassed, when they noticed of the mistake, only they informed all of us can have breakfast, it already spoiled the mood and our arrangement. Point to Note : must emphasize on the true and correct fact before conveying to guests.

The hotel is pretty. Easy to get in and out. Zero problem on cleanliness. Bathroom design is convenient. View is nice. Breakfast included an interesting spread and most of them tasted good. The staffs are great 👍

The pool area and outdoor can benefit from some touchups. No elevator to the parking area causes some congestion in front of the lobby because everyone had to load and unload at the same place.

Everything was good. The staff is friendly and helpful. Room looks old but clean and no bad smell. Furniture is fine. TV was not really meet the expectation,not mang channel. Water in the bathroom is fine,good flow of water from shower. However the bathtub is not so clean Breakfast is not so bad however not variety

- room was spacious - complete room with furniture, old but no serious damage, just wear n tear. - my daughter love the bathtub - nice view old Kelantan river. Need to request the view. - breakfast was great. Delicious nasi Kerabu and omellete. Spread of choice was decent. - staff was very attentive. The bell boy always greet with smile and help guest to open main door. - very near to the city centre.

1. Nasi Kerabu so yummy on our last day. 2. The room space so fabulous and suit to the family's requirements during their stays. 3. Front main doors officers were kind and helpful.

1. the pastry look nice but not exceed the expectation. 2. No direct lift accessing from the basement to the main lobby. Have to step in by staircase.

The location is good, the hospitality of the staffs simply awesome including doorman. Despite being old hotel, but the bed is comfy and view from room is great. WiFi connectivity is good and gym room is quite complete with equipments. Parking free too. My favorite hotel when in KB

Perhaps the breakfast menu should change. Nasi lemak is good but sambal a bit sweet to my liking but suits local. Coffee O is sweet. Would be great if there is coffee machine that brew fresh ground coffee..

Fixtures & fittings of a uniformly high standard; although some may feel the atmosphere is a little dated, I enjoy this kind of glamorous old school feel. Ensure you request a river view (glorious) as rooms on the street side face a derelict old building. Generous breakfast spread, a very wide range on offer.

The walls were thin, poor soundproofing. Big, heavy doors slamming.

The room is clean and does not smell despite the old carpet. The view was amazing from my room. The air conditioning works perfectly. I did notice some stains on the pillow but even with my sensitive skin, I did not itch. I had a good night sleep. The breakfast is simple and nice with enough variety.

Strangely, I can hear my neighbour rather loudly in the toilet. Which makes me wonder if they can hear me too. Haha..

Rooms were old but very well maintained. Service was a little slow but very friendly and warm. Housekeeping was excellent. We love that there's a bathtub in our room.

Perhaps if you want to charge for mineral water, you should at least provide the first 2 bottles free and then charge for extras. Upon checking in, there was no water given, my husband had to purchase them for RM2 each from the lobby. Room service food wasn't really up to expectations, I ordered Keropok lekor since I'm in Kelantan but it was really bad. Soundproof is a little poor, as I can hear what my neighbor was playing on TV even past midnight, and I have a toddler trying to sleep.
