Lots of room and a kitchenette. Location was excellent. I'd go back if I was going to Kota Bahru

A/C didn't work well. WIFI was not correct as ours was a EXT with a different name. The name even after confirmation was still wrong. Not a problem for us but could be frustrating for someone relying on hotel WIFI

Good location. Just walking distance to Pasar Siti Khadijah and Bazaar Serambi Malam (open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday 8pm - 12am). Facilities for this unit are great overall, everything was satisfied.

Cleaning could be done better. The sofa had an unpleasant smell, maybe from the damp towels draped over the sofa by the previous tenant and, the curtains never being opened for sunlight.

1. Very responsive owner. Our Astro tv was not working - immediately ask people to fix. When the decoder still faulty, the owner offered us to change unit. 2. Clean n comfy unit 3. Strategic place 4. Easy process of check in n check out 5. Quick refund of the deposit

1. Overall outside building ambiance - (esp basement parking) there were unpleasant smell. Thank God when we went in - no more smell outside n in the room 2. Parking basement can be improved n upgraded in term of lighting. 3. Lift not extended to the parking. 4. Might be nice if have Netflix inside 5. Inside the unit - mildew in the cloth cupboard.

The flat is cosy and clean with nice view of the street. Everything we needed was close and managable by foot, Siti Khadijah Market, Street art, Laundry service, restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay in Kota Bharu. People were so very kind everwhere we went and the market nearby was amazing experience.

Excellent location, the host was always available when I had questions. My flight got cancelled and I missed the first night, my booking was just shifted to the next day.

The AC was really cold and I used the bed directly underneath the AC so that the blast wouldn’t catch me. Otherwise the blanket would have been too thin.

Many times at KBCP but randomly room stay. Easy to access to anyway nearby. Love the Friday morning market. I love the rooms and very bigger space for my family.

Some area need to fix. Example the 'anai2' at window frames. Please provide mop, broom and clothes 2 3 pcs for wiping the tables kitchen area.

A water pipe leak that was promptly sorted out before further discomfort, was the highlight of the stay. The room is clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. A walking distance to most of the city attractions, especially the Siti Khatijah market where you could get almost anything from food and clothing to gold!

Room is clean and comfortable. Basic amenities but fair enough with the price. Location is strategic.

The room is clean but the building itself can be improved on the cleanliness. Elevator's condition could have been better. Check-in is strictly at 3 pm. Not even 2 or 2.30 p.m. Non-negotiable, although it could have been delivered in a better manner.

We arrived around 5pm and simple reception - wooden counter was placed in the open area to manage keys.

We stayed at 4th Floor. CCTV seems installed but the corridors were very quiet. Perhaps other rooms were rented or owned by other people. So it is not recommended for single traveler. Shower head was fixed on the ceiling, so unable to control.
