1. The location is good, located in the center of Kota Bharu. 2. Every night there is a night market in front of this hotel. Many stalls selling local menus such as nasi kerabu, satay, mee celup, kerabu meggi, tomyam, various cakes and many more. Suitable for foreign tourists to taste the local menu here. There is also a busking performance on the stage provided. 3. Clean and comfortable hotel rooms to stay in. 4. Breakfast is provided at this hotel's restaurant starting from 7.30 am until 10.00 am. Various local menus are provided and the menu will change every day so that guests can taste various different foods if staying a few days here. 5. A place for tourists to shop for handicrafts and local food, namely Pasar Siti Khadijah, is located near this hotel. If you walk about 5-10 minutes to get there.

1. The room does not have a refrigerator. 2. The air conditioner is very loud. 3. Very slow and narrow elevator. 4. There are cockroaches in the room.

The location is very convenient. Room is spacious. Sufficient amenities with kettle, coffee tea. In the bathroom, you must remember to bring your own dental kit. They only provide shampoo and shower gel. You can refill water from the machine in the hallway and if you need to iron clothes also it is available in the hallway.

Parking at town council street parking that you have to remember to pay parking as soon as it is 8am. Otherwise you'll get parking fine very quickly. The aircond fan on the outside of the window is very noisy. Can disturb sleep.

Rooms are clean and super comfy. The retro elevator is the highlight of the trip. First experience using such as elevator. Breakfast not the best but still good and yummy. There is a food bazaar/ festive in front door during night on weekend, easy to find street foods

Hard to find parking spot during night. It happens because the parking lots are used as bazaar during night time. After 12am then free to use any parking spot. Iron board is allocated in the alley, hard to cross when other visitor were using it. Beside its does'nt have any hook nearby make the user hanged their clothes on our room' s door handle.

We love the daily Night market at Hotel door step. Don't miss eating the fresh butter prawn at Hotel lift is very unique manual door entrance exit. We had a great laughter every time we take the lift because we used to forget that we need to open the door manually. Many shops around the hotel. Good overnight stay for us as stopover before departure to Kedah. We will stay Jewel again on our next visit to Kelantan

The location is strategic where by it's literally beside a Pasar Malam and it's so convenient. It;s also located in the center whereby i could go anywhere with ease and cheap fare. Not to mention about the staff super friendly and helpuful when I ask about suggestions on what to eat and what to do in Kota Bharu.

It's located at KB center with a night bazaar surrounding it. No problem to find food at night. Not suitable for those who fond of quiet night. The room is average in size, however the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is clean.

There are a variety of breakfast served, however the taste is a bit plain. May need a little improvement. The coffee is good. I like it.

Staff were pleasant. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Has the most amazing street market right outside the door. Great murals nearby . Made to feel welcome and the breakfast was satisfying.

Aircon was a bit noisy but it kept the room cool

Comfortable and nice room. In the evening, food stall just outside the hotel & many selections. Hotel right smack city center, easy to get around.

Parking was horrible, especially if you arrive after 5pm because food vendor starts their setup.

I love the bed! The location is great because there is night market in front of the hotel. So the foods is easy to find. My recomendation are Megi Celup, Nasi Air, Nasi Kerabu...all you can find at the night market.

The parking place is limited. It is a public parking so need to pay for the parking but don't worry can pay via tngo e-wallet. The room is not really spacious but still have enough space for pray. I think you should remove the cupboard so that it's not so stuffy.

There are a few lacking that probably the hotel can look into: 1. WiFi connection is very poor, 2. Only 3 or 4 TV channels available such as tv3, axn & sports channel. Although it's a smart TV due to poor WiFi detect as no network connection, 3. No minibar. The room only has jug kettle and safe box, 4. For buffet bfst the choices is very limited. But stil ok. 5. Ample parking near hotel but it's a public parking where night time become a night market.
