The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It is a basic room but really comfortable. The hotel provides free laundry service - there are enough washing machines and dryers, you only need to buy detergent (cheap) from the convenient store of the hotel. This is a big plus point for me as I am eager for some clean clothes.

I truly enjoyed our stay here, we booked it for its central location, in the city centre. It's very near to town and HPRZII, just 5 minutes' walk. Lift was functional and staircase well-lit to go up to our 1st floor room. Both room and washroom were clean and odourless, with cold air-conditioning and ceiling fan as well. Our room was a family room, it was quite big with a desk for work and couch and TV. It was 1 of 2 rooms with a small shared area, very convenient for families. There's a hair dryer too. Bed and pillows were really comfortable too with a good head rest. I really like that there are lots of amenities in place for convenience, like free water dispenser on each floor (eco-friendly), a decent gym and free laundry. Laundry pods and other items such as sanitary pads and other essentials are sold on ground floor as well. There are snacks - biscuits, instant noodles sold in the cafe area at all times. Breakfast and lunch - chicken rice are also available in the dining area. Parking available next to hotel, very convenient. 24-hour reception makes check in and check out very easy at any time. There seems to be an event hall on the ground floor for talks and small events too. Last but not least, friendly and all-smiles service from the staff :) I will definitely return to stay here on our next visits in KB!

All-the location near city,nearby by walking distanc got restaurant,kedai rm2. laundry room! very convenient! pantry at lobby had refrigerator! love it😍 infront lift and pantry alot of item we can purchase without going out..kool fever also have! the last part is family room level 3🌸this is awesome,no other hotel has this..got pingpong/karom/game..will come again for sure!

iron at laundry room level 2,need to walk up to iron,too lazy to walking,maybe in future can put 1 iron at all level thanks!

Cozy/nice/beautiful hotel, nice staffs, fast action when asked for maintenance, have washing machine and dryer (manual w/m and separate dryer), near to restaurants, easy parking, water dispenser (outside room).

Nothing I did not like. Just my opinions for hotel improvement if they want to consider, if can add small fridge, kettle inside room and auto wash/dry machine (all in one then no need to wait for 1-2 hours for that) it would be awesome for a long stay such as 1-2 weeks etc.

Nothing. Bathroom was clean and worked well (although the bathrooms are not recently renovated, they looked the best in Kota Bharu for this category of hotel). For the price this hotel is more than acceptable. Excellent value. We enjoyed our stay at Salaam Suites Hotel.

The room was clean and spacious for 3 of us.The location also strategic which near to Thai restaurant and Pasar Siti Khadijah.The hotel provided all facility that we needed such as laundry room,cafeteria and small shop that sell useful items especially for backpackers.Im surely will recommend this hotel for my friends.Really hope to repeat staycation next time👍🏻👍🏻❤️🩷

Good for short trip and location easier to get food. Clean room and comfort especially for couples.

Not our day coz there is an electric failure so breakfast the staff bought food from outside to serve us. Lucky tv, light and air-con working.

All the staff were amazing, helpful and attentive. Highly recommend. Hard to find any other boutique hotels in KB that can provide such comfort and level of service for the price. 10/10 will stay again.
