everything is okay, suit the price ,

It is a landmark building in the old town, close to all amenities. We are traveling by bicycle and we could leave our bikes inside for the night which was nice. There are cool things like hot and cold water dispensers, massage chair, AC in the room... Simple room but comfy bed.

Well, you have to add on the deal you get from booking a +10RM for the tourism tax and a +2RM per person per night as a OYO taxe... So it adds up. Overall we find the price of the place quite expensive for what you get. A total of 50RM per night would be more appropriate we think.

Their staff are Superb. Facilities almost perfect for a Budget Hotel. Overall very good.

Wifi problem upstairs. Got a bit water leaking from bathroom

Room is very small and toilet and shower is shared with other guests. WiFi signal very weak in room near the kitchen.

The room is very CLEAN..... A good2 smell..... so comfort although the small room .....location are near from K BHARU city centre➡️➡️➡️➡️

The cleanliness. A hotel even it is a budget one should be clean from any lipas smell, habuksss and whatsoever. Other than that, terbaik.

Cool room. Hygiene. Walking distance to pasar Siti Khadijah, restaurant nasi kukus and supermarket.

Toilet not well maintained.
