Selected the executive premier twin as was told it has been newly renovated vs other rooms. And we were not disappointed as the carpet looks very new and felt clean and the bed was new too. We had a beautiful view of Kota Bahru and it’s near to all the attractions like Siti Khadijah market and famous eateries. The breakfast was great with a lot of local Kelantanese food and they all tasted delicious. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Overall we had a great stay here and would come back again.

Only a few things to improve - should let hotel guests know that the carpark leading to hotel is on B1, as we went to B2 and realize there were many steps to climb up and had to re-park the car. The shower drain could also be cleaner (overall bathroom was pretty clean).

Having parking in the basement is very convent IMO. So no battle with the elements when transferring luggage to the room. Changing the date and Check in process is seamless. Room is massive is an understatement. Also separate bathtub and shower cubicle. Enjoyed the mee mamak at the restaurant in the lobby. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast selections are ample including local malay food. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Renai and the room rate is very competitive. I was also able to change for a smoking room on 12th floor. The supermarket adjoining the hotel is a good plus.

Wish list includes Astro live sport channels, and swimming pool not ready to be used what a shame. The carpets and decor a bit dated but very clean.

Great Room , Clean and large enough for two comfortably. It is well located in the city and easy to get around. The supermarket on the ground floor is a great convenience for sopping for necessities like toiletries and snacks. The hotel facilities were good. Did not try teh restaurants but will give it a try the next time round. There were already lots of KB street food to try out given the short stay. The underground parking had direct access to teh hotel and seemed very secure.

Nothing not to like. but the swimming pool was under repair so that was a bit disappointing.

The hotel looks grand but it is very dated. However, the rooms are absolutely comfortable, spacious and worth the price paid for. Staff service is excellent, quick and early check-in and made requests to add some bath mats to keep the bathroom floor dry

The air conditioning in the room is far too cold even with the settings provided. It's wonderful after a long day out in town but once you're settling in bed, it gets a little uncomfortable to sleep so we had to switch it off. It's a minor inconvenience and is easily resolved. The food selection for breakfast is gorgeous however some dishes lack flavour and seasoning.

Surely will repeat again. Love the old money vibes. The furniture and theme was nice and old school back to 2000s no wonder many old folks love to stay here. A lot of choices for breakfast. Luxurious surroundings with affordable price. If in kl quit similar to ShangriLa Hotel. Accessible to Billion supermarket, just 10 steps from the lobby.

Not really sound proofing. Can hear kids running and giggling outside the door. Sometimes can hear someone moving the furniture from the other room. My son even has delulu friends and dog. But nvm we enjoy the stay and will repeat again when we come to KB

The Executive Premium King room was spacious, fully carpeted and had an excellent comfy bed. Housekeeping was prompt in delivering the deluxe duck feather pillow. The bathroom was well appointed with a separate shower stall and a bathtub. The hot water temperature was just right for me. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of cuisines with local specialities (Laksam, Laksa Kelantan, Nasi lemak) and international delicacies.

The room WiFi was weak and I could only connect with 1 device.

Comfortable bed and room was quiet, giving us a good rest.Had a free upgrade to a Suite, which was unexpected. A great surprise as we checked in at night for our rest . Breakfast is nice. A good variety of food to fill your stomach if you are not the choosy type.

There is no complaint about our stay except we prefer a brighter room. Friendly staff from the reception counter, the moment we step to the reception area. Staff at breakfast area were friendly too. Well done to all the staff for their friendliness and greeting with a smile.

Hotel is comfortable and centrally located with friendly service staff. The breakfast spread was good. The room on my revisit 3 days later was much improved from the first one that I was allotted.

My first night was disrupted by loud motorcycle racing in the wee hours of the night and the aircon was a little noisy. The aircon was freezing cold and even after the aircon was turned off, the room temperature remained chilly throughout. As with most hotels, the bath towels can improve a little

My room no was 1026 and was nothing short of perfection. It was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed to provide the utmost comfort. The plush bedding, high-quality linens, and panoramic windows overlooking the beautiful city made for a truly serene retreat. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the modern amenities to the thoughtful touches such as a personalized selection of premium toiletries. And i impressed for their complimentary Gym & swimming pool facilities for in house guest at 8th floor. I also worth mentioning is their housekeeping staff Mr. Aizol who make up my room nicely and provide extra Mineral water, coffee and tea as per my request. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to cater to my every need.
