almost everything when well as expected. Room was superclean. bed & pillow supercomfy. Staffs were very friendly. Perfect hotel for Muslim guest, as prayer mat, sarong, kopiah & tasbih provided, which is exceptionally excellent.

Was not informed in the first place that I have to validate parking ticket to get complementary free parking, hence have to pay when exit. then the next entry/exit i validated my ticket and got free parking. Not so much problem though. Walkway from Main Entrance to parking space is via drain covers which is unsafe & trip hazard. Hotel to make proper walkway.

Check in process is seamless but changing date takes time few days for confirmation unlike the other rival hotel. Staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast food selection is very ample and very good malay food selection. Hotel location is very close to city centre with 24hr grocery shop opposite the hotel. Room is very clean with comfy bed. Having two Astro live sports channels is a bonus.

I prefer parking in the basement to outside parking which can be exposed to the elements. Bathroom is very clean a tad small but the bathtub is a bit on a high side making it problematic for elderly guests to enter but not me. The aircon is very noisy. The small fridge is not cold. Decor is a bit dated. Roti canai is fine but not freshly made so cannot add egg to it.

Everything about my stay was fantastic! The breakfast exceeded my expectations with its variety and delicious options, making it a perfect start to the day. I also loved the hotel's convenient location, as it’s close to several great spots like Starbucks, McDonald's, Nasken Cafe, and 7-Eleven. It was so easy to grab a quick coffee, a meal, or any essentials I needed. The room itself was a highlight—spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I’m already looking forward to returning to this hotel next year!

The hotel is conveniently located facing the main road, which makes it easily accessible. While the area can be a bit busy at times, it adds to the vibrant and lively atmosphere of the surroundings. The hustle and bustle didn’t detract from my experience, as the hotel provides a calm and comfortable retreat inside. It’s a great spot for travelers looking to stay connected to the city’s energy!

Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm, friendly smile from the doorman, who promptly guided me to the reception. The staff were welcoming, and my check-in was efficiently completed within five minutes. The hotel room was clean, spacious, and inviting, providing a comfortable space to unwind. As I arrived after 9 p.m., I ordered room service, which arrived promptly. The food was reasonably priced, delicious, and satisfying. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of fresh food, and the staff were, once again, exceptionally friendly. In the evening, I dined at the hotel's Chinese restaurant and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food—highly recommended. I had an early check-out and made a small request, which was promptly attended to by the Manager, who was extremely helpful. Overall, my stay was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

We are a family of six ladies (young and old) and had the pleasure of staying at Perdana Kota Bharu for two nights in early October 2024. Our staycation was absolutely fantastic! The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth and efficient, thanks to the excellent staff at the reception counter (I wish I had caught his name!). Given that my mom is wheelchair-bound and one niece had a fractured arm while another was using crutches due to an ankle injury, we were pleasantly surprised by how supportive the staff in their Baju Melayu attire were, and those managing the traffic in front of the hotel lobby were exceptionally accommodating, ensuring we could park our car as close to the entrance as possible. They proactively assisted us, making our movements in and out of the hotel a breeze! We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, where Mr. Hafizan went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He reserved a lovely table for us in a great spot and was always attentive, making sure we had easy access to the buffet. The lovely and courteous Ms. Hidayah was also incredibly helpful and friendly, adding to our wonderful dining experience. Every team member we encountered was warm and welcoming, including the cleaning staff, who greeted us with smiles as we passed by. It truly made our stay memorable! We can't wait to return for another amazing experience at Perdana Kota Bharu!

1) Excellent staff overall, from the front desk through to the housekeeping and restaurant staff. They were friendly, polite and professional. 2) Hygiene standards were very good. 3) Buffet breakfast was exceptional with a wide range of dishes.

1) The bathroom was very small making it hard to move around. For example, the bin was sandwiched between the toilet and the wall, or had to pushed under the sink area. 2) It is very difficult to get in and out of the bath that was quite deep, and onto a very small floor area, making it unsafe.

I like the overall experience stayed here. From he location, the room, the breakfast foods and the staff. Cant comment much on the facilities as I am being here under work purposes

I just had a little discomfort experience when my room wasn’t cool enough. During my check in time I realised the staff already put room card, but I thought they forgot to take it during cleaning till the staff mentioned they purposely left it there. After i went out around 8pm for a dinner and back around 11pm, still the room wasnt cold and i went to the reception request for assistance. The technician did came to my room and the only thing he done was change the filter and adjust the blower direction right to my bed. He said if still not cold can change to other room. But since its already midnight and am staying for one night only, i just bear with it.

I have a 5-year-old kid. The room was comfy for the three of us. My kid loved the pool — it was shallow but big, so he could swim around freely. The room had a bathtub too, and he was super happy with that. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again, InsyaAllah.

There was just one random cockroach that showed up — kinda gross!

Friendly staff at the counter. Professional conduct of staffs all around. Comfortable room and bathroom. A lot of options for breakfast food. Food is decent.

Sadly most hotels glue shut their windows for safety reasons. Understandable but air can be very dry and it made myself sick. Anyone who is sensitive to dry air, consider carrying air humidifier for comfortable sleep. Random observation - iron board needs more padding/replacement. Difficult to iron clothes with the board's uneven surfaces.

I like about the location of the hotel. The room, the bed so comfy. The shower was superb. That what was I enjoyed the most.

1. It was not even what I didn't liked but rather a suggestion to the hotel, to refurbish the furniture and upgrade a few things in the hotel to improve the ambience of the hotel. 2. The staff of the F&B must learnt how to serve the customer. Customer is always right. You need to meet the standard of a staff working at the 3 stars hotel's restaurant. Don't be so picky in serving your customers. Delaying on taking,serving and preparing order is a big NO to the hotel's restaurant. Serving dishes randomly without knowing what should be served first and what should be served last, should be learnt by all the F&B staff since it is the ethic that should be adhered to.
