I love the room and the amenities. For a budget hotel I am quiet surprised when they provided foot towels. I appreciate it. I had a really comfortable sleep on the bed, the large windows are great for someone who likes natural light and fresh air. The bathroom is quite spacious with a heater. Plus there are stores in the same row as the hotel or restaurants just a short walk away. The room service staff was really friendly. I appreciate the water coolers provided.

I had an issue with the WIFI which affected my trip a bit since I had some work to do. When I asked one of the staff at the receptionist his reply was quite unhelpful and condescending. He stated that to use the wifi you need an Iphone, the funny thing is not only was I using an Iphone but couldn't connect to my Ipad or my Macbook. I was too tired to argue. This was the only bad experience I had during my stay. I recommend the Hotel check the room walls because I notice some mold growing. A fresh coat of paint wouldn't hurt as well. Fortunately for this hotel I enjoyed my time more, so I will give It a fair rating.

I like the room. It has some of the basic necessities required. It was a comfortable stay for my daughters and me. Recommended. Will book again if visiting KB next time.

I requested for late checkout as our bus is at 10pm. My messages were not seen. As I approached the staff, he just kept quiet. He told all rooms were booked & no rooms available, except he asked me to take a bigger room which was available for a full price. It dint seem fair as I only needed extra few hrs. It became very difficult for us as things dint go as planned. Pls check ur inbox & reply promptly.

Accommodation is just awesome. Location is good just 10 minutes from the bus terminal. Room is clean, beds are comfortable, toilet is clean. Air Con. Working properly. Housekeeping doing amazing work. At reception the guys and girls are accomodative. There are restauraunt n shops downwards even a store is there so no need to go far for anything. They have oron with ironing stands in walkway so anyone can use if required. T.V with 15 channels n some radio channels. Also a window with the room. Overall good facility and good value for money.

Room is spacious and comfortable for 3 person, location is great, close to many tourism places such as Chinatown, Kopitiam Kita, Siti Khadijah, Istana etc...and the price is very affordable. Amenities such as water dispenser and iron are provided at every floors.

They do not provide cups and spoons for making your own tea in the room, unlike most hotels. The room that I got (highest floor) has no window for more ventilation, however there is a vent in the toilet. Some corner of the room can be a little dark. Water pressure is not consistent, but when it's strong, it's a wonderful shower time.

Good for money. Easy check-in. I was late for check-in and the staff called me to confirm if I’m coming. The room was clean and comfortable. Toilet was okay, good water pressure and water heater available. Overall good for the money.

The bedsheet and towels provided had some dirty stains. Toilet shower head was loose and almost broken. Please note that here is no lift, so unsuitable for elderlies.

Location is very good. Near to all places in Kota Bharu. Room is clean and comfortable. Worth the money. Bathroom also clean.

Parking lot for customer is limited. To improve a liltle bit on toilet cleanliness. Overall the toilet is clean & comfortable, but there were mold at certain area need to clean up before it getting worst for example; toilet door (back side), around sink water tap, bathroom wall.

The hotel staff is very kind, friendly, helpful and cheerful. The staff really makes me feel comfortable. i will book again, and i highly recommend this hotel for everyone who likes quiet places to have rest and enjoy alone or with his/ her family. the rooms are large and clean, the shower is excellent, the air conditioner works well, the cleaning is daily, the location is close to everything, restaurants and supermarkets are next to the hotel, and also Khadija Bazaar is about a kilometer away. It is one of the cleanest hotels in Kota Bharu.

I didn't find anything I didn't like in the hotel. Everything was great!
