The location is good..and if you need some basics, the convenience store is just around the corner. The room was of good size with sufficient amenities. Just dont forget to bring your own toothbrush. All the soap and shampoo needed are there. Kettle, cups, coffee & tea are provided.

There was a group having event at the hotel, all of them came for breakfast that other guests don't have seats to have their breakfast. It was rather unfair, especially when others come for business and need to catch a time too. They don't bother to add extra tables. They should just have a separate room for this big group to have their breakfast than all of them occupy the whole restaurant with no empty seats for other guests in the hotel. Noisy group at the room hallway too. So not happy about this.

Overall I had a pleasant stay in ur hotel. The staff was helpful and the location is good. Car park is aplenty.

But I hv a suggestion to make ie. The key card should not have the room no. on it. If the room card is misplaced and fall into someone’s hand, he can see the room no. on the card and can easily get into the room

Normal breakfast, not much comments about the breakfast. Easy to parking, many Chinese Restaurant or kopitiam nearby.

Upgrade clealiness of bed sheet, a bit smelly when come in to the room

The food provided for breakfast was good. Suitable to our likings and standard to hotel food.

Serving staffs during breakfast was quite noisy. They should stay professional by not talking so loud near customers. Pressing phones and gossiping was a bit of disturbance during breakfast to us. But other that that, all was good.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Kota Bahru the next time.

CLEAN ROOMS AND GOOD LOCATION.AMPLE PARKING SPACE. Breakfast was also good based on the hotel category. Easy to check in and fast check out. Will be back soon.

Not much or all is good. Everything is in order. Just hoping that a mini bar in guest room will make it better.

To walk along the lane without attractive landscaping before one reaches the hotel doesnt seem attractive n makes one wonder how poorly decorated will the premise b as one steps into the hotel later.
