My room Is neatly well arranged , very clean with balcony of river view.Bed sheet , pillow covers, towels and etc are well wash and clean .Room keeping is done everyday. The location is excellent with many eating places around and other facilities are available easily .The staff are friendly and helpful.I will stay here again on my next visit to Kota Bahru.

Everything is to my expectations and within my acceptance range ..I do not have anything which I didn't like .

The hotel close to Mr. DIY so it's easier for us to buy snacks. The Android TV also really nice that my parents can watch YT and Netflix. The wifi also really fast. So, you don't need to worry if you got no internet since they already provided.

It's a bit hard for us to move after the bar since the street is the main street.

The single room was quite spacious, the room came with a large flat screen tv, iron and ironing board, electric kettle and complimentary tea/coffee with 2 bottles of mineral water. The hotel is near to Kelantan River, City Centre, Mr diy and restaurants

The location is so nice and the parking is so safe for my car. The room is also comfortable and the staff at the night is so friendly when I ask questions.

When I book, I already tell them I need to check in around 8 or 9 am and that staff tells me okay I can. When I arrived they said I cannot check in because of no room for me. What's the point they said okay during my booking??

Like Comfort bed,pillow. Near to wakaf che yeh. Spacios parking space. Functioning amenities although looked old Dislike Stain at toilet bowl. I tried to wash it but it didnt work

Cozy place, clean beds, 4 rooms more beds suitable for many family members to stay here.Calm place, huge spacious.In the middle town.Happy looking for food

Not having any soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toilet tissue provided, had to change all the cups, plates to new ones because there was a rusty effect or something old dirt on the surface, in the whole kitchen cabinet smelled unpleasant! do not have a duplicate key to use if one of us needs to go out temporarily to buy something outside for the family that is in the house. No wifi, for a rental price like this, wifi needs to be provided.

The apartment was not at the building as posted in the website.. it is a house with 4 rooms at Pelangi Mall.. the apartment was really clean, organized and comfortable.. there are washing machine n electric stove.. only the bad things is the way to go to the parking area which is very scary n looks like haunted place.. i strongly suggested others to park their car at parking area in front of Pelangi Mall.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Despite a few WiFi glitches I was so comfortable at this property that I extended my stay. The hotel is also very clean and the rooms spacious. Easy walk to city sights, river, bus station, cafes and 7-11. Loved my balcony.

A bit noisy at times with traffic sounds, but I chose a front room with a balcony for the area view and had the choice of staying away from the street. I preferred the front room.

We had a room with balcony. Nice to sit on in the evening. Not quiet because of traffic and swallow factory sounds. Location perfect for eating and sightseeing and staff friendly and helpful. Good free parking behind the hotel.

A comfy place to sleep at

Should provide some complimentary toiletries for the guests. Requested for queen/king sized bed when booking for the stay but got twin single bed instead. Lucky the staff managed to find a room that has the requested bed.
