everthing about the room is good and convenient. Host easily reachable and helpful

Register at pondok before entering the apartment is so difficult. No car waiting area provided. Need to park outside and walk to collect keys and access card. Swimming pool only open 8 persons per entry. Each turn only maximum 1 hours. Need to wear full swimming attire. Kid pool separated with adult pool (kid at 5th floor, meanwhile adult at 6th floor) and need to register at LG before use it. Wondering around to find the registration place and i was in shock it is actually not the office but only in car park corner (open space) with all CCTV monitor there. What to do, all is about management rules. But then, not practical.

We requested for earlier check in and the host ( Ms Pui) kindly offered us another similar unit to the one we booked ( which was not vacated yet.) That was very helpful as we could check in at 12 noon instead of waiting until the usual 3pm. Thank you for accommodating us. Nice location n good views from the unit.Beds were comfortable.

There were 5 of us occupying the unit but only 3 cups n 4 glasses , a few plates,ie not enough crockery n cutlery.The microwave did not have its turntable so could not be used. Fortunately, Ms Pui came to rectify that when we called her early next morning. Would be good if we could have kitchen towel/ tissues provided.

Location was very strategic only 1-2km away from various tourist location or famous eateries. Only 5 mins away from Lotus. 10 mins away from KB Mall. 15 mins away from Pasar Siti Khadijah and 30mins away from Pantai Cahaya Bulan.

Fully a/c with condo facility. Spacious apartment with 3 rooms. Middle of town, quick access to all needs but need to drive. Riverview unit, nice balcony view. Privacy key card access only. With swimming pool (small size) but no time to use. Not sure if have changing rooms coz dont see it at poolside. Wifi included. TV with basic Astro channels only, no smart tv/netflix.

No washing machine, not much cooking facility only with oven. No water dispenser. Boiled tap water taste weird (prefer bought mineral water) better bring oulwn drinking water. No walking access to walk out, only through drive way/ramp.

The studio is spacious with a lot of facilities. The kitchen is available to be used. Though there is no door to the bed, the toilet separates the living room from the bed. The television works if people want to stay in the room. The host gives clear direction on how to check in.

Finding the location is tricky. Parking is at level 5, so it's quite a trip to get to the level. As it is a serviced apartment, everything needs an access card.

The location of the properties, size and cleanliness of the house for a muslim family. Owner also tentatively providing instruction and assist additional request from customer. The scenery also added point.

If have a cooking stove and a washing machine would be great as the size of house can fit big families. But now far from the properties place have a laundry place.

Room clean and comfortable with friendly host / person in charge. Recommended to my family, relatives and friends already. Will book again when we back to Kelantan. ❣️❣️❣️

Our Car park level no light during night time.

We stayed at level 12. The view was amazing.

1) The water heater in the bathroom could not be controlled to my liking. I wanted it to be lukewarm but instead getting hot water. 2) It was raining heavily with strong winds during our stay. The door kind of made noise, due to heavy wind.. making it like someone was knocking on the door. haha.

location is convenient. well equipped place. friendly and responsive staff

some things are almost broken like the side table which is slanted and cant put too much heavy weight. the fact that there's only one access card for 3 of us is an inconvenience especially since u need the card to even go down the lift. should consider providing at least another access card.

Location is good. Nice view.

What I am not satisfied with is the shower room. The walls, doors and ceiling are all moldy and water-stained. The shower head is leaking and there is a dripping sound all night.
