A very good location. Walking distance to How Kee noodle Restaurant (non halal), to Wau Restaurant n Tiny Elephant (cafe) Right opposite got a popular coffee shop. Crystal Lodge alws upgrade my single room to queen though I am solo. 😘. Afraid too much praise I might not get a room on my next visit due to fully booked.🤣

Advisable for management to check safe deposit box, working or not before customer checks in. If battery kaput n rusted, it will take a long time for maintenance to change. This time, wall mounted iron kaput, though housekeeping, was kind enough to give spare iron to use. Other than that, all perfect.

They very kindly upgraded me to a bigger room so thank you! I enjoyed my stay very much. The breakfast had a good selection, which varies from day to day. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The gym room needs a little TLC, but I managed to get a couple of workouts in nonetheless.

Drainage needs sorting out as the room stinks. The room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned after the previous guest, as their rubbish was still in the bin and their opened bottle of water was left in the fridge.

The hotel only accept booking through booking on line but not through phone . I try to book on 16th at booking .com but full . I call there is vacancy room but only for walk in .Before this it can accept. So sad coz I regular cust. Different receptionist different rules. They got their own rules. On 17th when I check in , I make complaint but the receptionist give various reason . . so sad . In future I will try to make other choice .

The location was nice in a quieter part of the town, right near the night market and square. There is bag storage if you arrive early. The staff were friendly and attentive, and we were upgraded from a superior to a junior suite which was really spacious. Breakfast area was on the rooftop, with great views, and there was a variety of buffet style food.

We found the staff seemed to lack knowledge of what to do in town, or how to get to places. The reason may have partly been a language comprehension challenge.

Moderate spread of the breakfast buffet, but the taste is okay. I exceptionally like that the hotel is clean. With the price, it's well worth it. The staffs were friendly and very helpful in trying to accommodate our requests. The bedsheets are clean and for a hotel of this sort, the beds are kind of okay to sleep on after a long tiring day of exploring. The pillows are soft too. Parking is just right behind the hotel.

The room floor is not carpeted, so if you're walking barefoot, you might get cold. The toilet doesn't have an exhaust fan to help circulate the air in the bathroom after a hot shower, so the mirror tends to get foggy after a while. There's only one dustbin in the entire room, and not even in the toilet, it's only in the room, but you can easily request another one from the helpful staff. If you get back later than 9 - 10 pm, you're gonna have trouble looking for parking.

Really good hospitality. All staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.They are concerned with my grandmother's condition who is using a wheelchair.The food was good! Cormfortable room & good location.Definitely will come again ^_^.

It's located at the heart of KB and there's plenty of shop and restaurants that can be accessed within walking distance. The room and the bed are comfortable too.

Since it's located next to the main street, it's still busy & noisy at night. But on one end, it kinda give a city vibe that I enjoy.

I love the location it was exactly in Front Of my old house which was already dismantled many years ago. Crystal Lodge is the one I love to stay. Breakfast can be improved

Room was clean. Staff were really nice and very courteous. Despite the room size, the sleep quality is good. Hotel is located near a few convenience stores, restaurants and even laundry. It's also walking distance to the market.

TV channel selection is limited to local channels and some Japanese and Thai channels. Aircon doesn't have temp control so sometimes, I have to turn it off because it gets too cold. Breakfast buffet selection is simple, no issue, but I tried the mihun goreng and it was drenched in cooking oil.
