The staff was very kind able to keep our luggage as we arrived early on that day. The price of the room is reasonable to what we paid. Extra bed only RM50 per night.

There are some mold in the toilet. I think they can improve in term of the cleanliness of toilet. Parking was at open space are very limited but we are lucky always have a lot on our staycation. If you come during year end dont forget to bring umbrella cause almost all the days are raining. The lighting at the swimming pool are dark, Im not sure if they trying to cut cost.

The staff at reception was very helpful and polite. So was the security personnel at the hotel entrance.

The housekeeping staff entered to make our room despite the 'Do Not Disturb' sign and did not provide fresh towels nor provide enough sugar for our use. We had to ask for them.

Near to wakaf che yeh..just walking to there

Parking sempit and limit! Lif bau tak best..bathroom very small, tiada shower cap..towel dah berbulu di tepi tanda towel dah lama..

Location is strategic, really near to Wakaf Che Yeh shopping area, McD, and can easily grab all i need at WATSON and 7E next to this building..

Water flow quite slow, but it is as expected due to water problem recently. Maybe need to focus more on cleanliness as no dustbin place in the toilet and toilet bowl is quite dirty upon arriving

Location wise, the smart TV, and the cozy bed.

1. Location - Opposite the Wakaf Che Yeh. Quite happening during the night. Couples of pharmacies nearby, coffee shop (Kopi Mesin), laundry shop, McD, and lots of eateries nearby. You will never get hungry here. 2. Room - Up to date TV set. Can watch Netflix and YouTube. Sufficient amenities provided. Love the big cup they put here instead of small cup (I hate those). The bed was super comfy and we slept through it.

1. Parking - Not enough hotel parking during peak season. A bit hard to find others as it will be always preoccupied since it is a public parking space nearby the hotel

Clean and comfortable room, strategic location i.e. near night market, 7-eleven, restaurants, mr-diy

There was an unpleasant smell at the staircase at the ground floor from the hotel's backdoor and in the lift.

location, Please sweep or vacuum the room should it was not in used for quite sometimes since I sneeze the minute I enter the room. Next day ,I had running nose n continue sneezing. Supside after consume medication. Alhamdulillah. TQ

Near wakaf Che Yeh

The staffs are really responsible and friendly. I forgot my original super fast charging samsung phone adapter whereas I already checked out and reached Perak. I told to the receptionists and they successfully recovered the adapter then they passed to my relative to hand to me. Thank you for your hospitality and responsibility 🙏 ❤️, really appreciate it

Main road was cramped with vehicle due to alot of traffic at night. Because Right in front of the hotel is the Wakaf Che Yeh night market .

Location is good, near to shopping & eateries. Good breakfast spread.

Noise from d road & fireworks during raya eve, room not sound proof.
