security - since i went for exhibition at sunway pyramid, i return quite late. the car park is an open space but theres guard on duty at night. the hotel security lobby is tight as well. so i feel safe despite having to travel alone. food,convenience store,clinic n dobby - very near since it is in same shoplot area beside the hotel. u can juzwalk. clean - all is clean incldng the lift. the toilet is quite spacious. bath shower heater in toilet works very well. room facilities - tv, iron & water heater for coffee maker works very well.

small - since im in single room, the room is soo small. like i hv to squeeze in myself between the bed n near the room door for me to pray. wall proof - u can literally hear the tv noice/ ppl OTP from beside your room.

I like the room, cozy for me. Small but big enough for myself. Parking is free because of weekend. Can see so many fireworks because CNY eve. And I feel safe even I am only 1 person. Can get out in the midnight without feel scary, because the location is kind of hidup 🫢🤗

No mirror inside the room, but in bathroom. No hairdryer but its okay, I dont even use it 🤣 A little bit of stain in the bedsheet and comforter.

Smooth no problem check in. Founf this hotel after another hotel cancelled my booking when I arrived about midnight without notification. They saved our life.

Tourist tax have to pay even non tourist visa. Free parking only available for 2 or 3 hours if I remember correctly. 8am to 10 AM then need to move car and not possible to continure parking even pay. But no more parking around. So much check out earlier.

the room and toilet is so clean, thanks to (Mr.Rukun and Mrs.Nova) for the best Service. the place also beautiful and safe to stay, the receptionist name (Syukrina) give me good service to help me check in smoothly.

It's comfy and clean. Location is very good, close to 24hr shop and just few minutes car ride to malls and the airport

Maybe can improve on the tv channels? Provide a smart tv. And the hot water needs a little touch. Othe than that, everything was good

I like this hotel because the best location. Can go the attractions Sunway Lagoon, Xpark Sunway serena, Kuala Lumpur and also can go to mall like Sunway Pyramid, ioi mall puchong and one utama shopping mall and many more.

The staff not friendly. What i see the staff not or don’t have training customers service very well.
