The hotel uses face id. Therefore, everyone who registered their faces can go in and out easily without needing to worry about keys or cards. I also like the daily housekeeping they offered. Just need to inform the front desk, it is available from 8am-5pm. Everything is clean and new. There is a big TV available in the room if you just want to chill. The wifi is top-notch! There's also coway to refill and make some quick instant coffee. There's also a hairdryer in the room. That is super thoughtful. I have no need to worry that my hair will not dry on time for bed or going out.

I actually like everything, but my mom and younger brother find the shower a bit confusing to operate. But, after I told and taught them, it is a smooth sailing from there. Maybe try to make it more elderly friendly??

The room face detection is high technology, quite cool! but abit hard to scan and need to bend down. I scanned 3 times only success to open the door, maybe can print out a picture put on front desk how far they need to distance themself with the room check in scanner.

Inn looks new so equipment and all basic necessities are provided. They are not 5 star hotel ratings but exceeded my expectations based on the room rates. Location is perfect for those looking for a shut eye and early start to reach event areas around there.

Rooms are a bit smaller than comparable affordable inns I stayed at before but facilities are very good. Location is not good for people relying on public transport.

Great property with minimalistic concept. Great ID and modular furniture's. Customer service was great throughout the process and my stay.

The only issue that I face was smell in the bathroom given being a new property. The smell was more around chemical smell and not sewage smell. It would have been better if they had put in an air purifier to clean the air

Overall the most of the stuffs are very friendly and helpful ! Amazed with the face recognition and non need bring another hotel key… overall feel safe and comfortable. Nearby is convenient with restaurants and convenience shop. Just a bit far from city area if you need to work in town side.

I wish pillow is thicker. The pillow is soft and a bit thin for me
