They stay was good and clean. Well managed Near to shops and gamuda luge. It's easier to travel. Recommended to all.

my deposit hasn't bank in yet. My stay was on 16/6/2023- 17/6/2024. As per their policy, it's supposed to be returned in 10 working days, but until today ( 14/7/2024), I hasnt gotten my deposit yet. I've been texting them a few times, all i which is that they're still checking with their finance. Finance management is so bad. Please look into it.

why take too long to hold deposit? although already explain need to check with building management whatsoever but still cannot accept it until 7 days?

The check in process was very easy, as the concierge on duty helped us check in very quickly. Quick response to our booking reservation queries. The room we were given was on a high floor, as we had requested. 😍 The room was very clean and well appointed with quality furnishings. The beds were very comfortable with firm support. Also the support team is quick to reply to address and solve our problem with a locked room door. Thank you for that We requested and received a car parking facility. Very easy to find our allocated parking lot. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. All in all, a very good stay experience. Definitely recommended to all out there.

it is good if the host can provide dustbin and slippers in the bathroom. The bathmat provided is not absorbent. It is good also if the host can provide arah kiblat and prayer mat for us muslim. The wardrobe door in the master bedroom is blocked by the bed, making it difficult to open fully. No mirror is provided in one of the room. It is good if host can provide mirror in each room.

Toilet door mat was not provided and the floor was slippery The dish soap was too diluted. I hope they dont cut my deposit fee for not wash their utensil streaky clean.

Overall this stay is comfortable. The property is clean and new. The location is near to the fun park and sky lunge attraction. If you are looking for 1 night trip to bring the kids around, this place is a good choice to go. Not too crowded as well.

The property is lack of kitchen utensils, if you are not looking to do a simple cook, this is not an issue at all.

Very spacious and excellent value for money. Good location and very helpful communication. We arrived late and the night staff made everything very easy. We only stayed one night so couldn't make use of the facilities or the activities near the location but hopefully we can return again.

We don't give full mark because one of our unit have problem with washing machine. The machine was clog with a cloth and its smell so bad. Luckily the machine was outside so the smell didn’t bother us inside.

Easy to park. Super clean rooms. AC was super cool.

There's only one bathroom- we have to share with son. No attached bathroom. No bottled drinking water or coffee. No hanger to hang clothes. Lights in bedroom s were extra bright. Have to pay 250 depo.
