I’ve checked in twice. It is last week and this week. The room is spacious enough for solat, Alhamdulillah. It’s clean, comfortable, and the desk setup made it easier for me to get work done. I had no major issues. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the location is convenient.. very close to my workplace.

However, the room isn’t soundproof I could hear noise from outside. In the second room, the lighting was a bit dim, and I noticed a small cockroach on the floor last night. Not sure where it came from.

The facilities

The staff attitude. Unfriendly and the way they talk seems arrogant. For example the way they remind the guest to check out,seems like chasing out the guest,with arrogant tone even the check out time still early. For example, check out time at 12, one of the staffs call at 11.00 with the kind of tone. It would be more comfortable if the hotel gives more flexible check out time like other hotels.

I think for 1 night stayed just nice for me . I stay 1 person but queen bad so more comfortable for me . The room also nice worth the money . The room very Clean and all was provided especially the laundry plastic , mineral water , tea , sugar and so onn .

Location-wise is good, plenty of café and restaurant in walking distance Facilities are nice and clean, even surau is provide. Lot of parking space. Check-in are in easy and fast.

Water heater in my room probably wasn't working. TV can't be turn off manually, have to wait for auto shutdown.

Environment was safe and sound. Got heater, towel and soap. Aircond was super cold 🥶

No gap between bathroom and bedroom. Theres no space for luggage since its budget hotel.

I’ve stayed in this hotel couple of times before. The location is strategic, make it easily accessible to ammenities. Lotus hyperstore is just a few blocks away and there are many choices of place to dine.

The hotel is not sound proof hence a bit noisy. Can clearly hear the sound of the tv next room and people walking on the corridor.

clean, location walking distance to a big known hypermarket & many good local food restaurants nearby.

The hot shower heater..... it's not working properly....just couldn't get hot water..... it's like room temperature only.

to clean bathroom floor as slippery tiles and room slightly smell like old clothes. other than that, the rest is the room very good.
