Hotel located in a good area, nearby got many restaurants and Sightseeing spots. And the cold and hot water is easy to control when in use but got some rusty smell. All the staffs are friendly chat and smile is good. From my room the tallest building just next to me its a good view. And the Regal Cafe in the hotel got the good view also.

For the toilet, when I open the water got some Rusty water and the water got Rusty smell also even it is a clear water.

Great location Luxorious breakfasts. The Manager agreed for check out at 3 pm without additional costs. Great view from the 10th floor.

Booked room was supposed to be 40 m2. Was barely 16. After inqueries was informed that it is a booking.com error (!), because the space was counted in sq ft. Ok Also demanded to clean the bathroom properly. See disgusting photos. Within two days nothing has happened in this matter. The hotel is quite fine but the glory time is rather over. Some paint, glue and grease should be used in places. The room service simply change the linen and towels, doesnt care for the rest.

*Hot shower easy to use, no need to adjust the temperature. *Provided with the laundry bag, sanitary bag, the water bottles, extra pillow in the cupboard. *Housekeeping service tiptop, Receptionist service great. *Have parking in the hotel, no need to park outside *Easy to access to public transports, restaurants and attractions *A good place for honeymoon and family trip.

*The aircond-its like the shopping mall aircond. Its cold, everything is fine but i prefer the cool air blowing on me like the standard aircond at home which i can control its fan, so personally, i dont like this type of aircond. (Its perfect, just saya yg kulit badak :D )

The room included jacuzzi tub and the toilet has water hose. Spacious. You can fit the entire volume of a 1 ton lorry bed into the closet. Includes mini fridge.

The room has so much potential but feels like they're old and haven't been maintained much. I can't wait to try again if they ever decide to upgrade. The water could be warmer. Even if you turn the knob all the way, it's lukewarm. Kind of turn down the jacuzzi experience a notch. The window blind pane is hanging on 1 side.

Location is good. Good price compare to location and the facilities that I got. Hard to get a hotel room with that size which has bath tub, nearby Monorel station (Maharajalela), with breakfast and near to convenience store while the price is below RM150.00/night. I already recommended it to my friends (via my post on Whatsapp status and many of them ask for details!) I will definitely come again!

Even though it is not a brand new hotel (maybe rebranding), they should not ignore the importance of cleanliness. I suggest the staffs should go for training/team building so they will be more anxious to serve the patrons. What I didn't like most is the breakfast. Please re-evaluate your dishes. Low cost hotel didn't mean that you can serve low class dishes. They have sorts of buffet dishes but the taste must be improved. Hope to see improvement on my next visit!

Easy access to town, quite nearby to monorail station if u need public transport to the centre of town. Got free parking and your precious driving skill is needed as the way is narrow and quite challenging.

Quite troublesome for check-in and check-out session because got 1 staff at a time. Sometimes the issue might be the change of room or else. Maybe they can improve by adding a backup at peak hour.

Breakfast is a feast and the fruits are really fresh. The wifi connection is surprisingly fast and furious. We love it. After check in, we just walk to the train station and started our Kuala Lumpur tour. So location is the winner.

Not all 3 elevators were working. This is a good sign though, it means the hotel is upgrading its facilities.

Seven Eleven Shop is within walking distance, and you can get any general medicines and general food & snacks items from there, and at the end of the hotel building corner, there is a local restaurant, where you can enjoy local food - but this restaurant opens on working days only and closes at 6 PM or 7 PM. KL Sentral is a few Km away from this hotel - you can reach there Thru Grab Taxi for just RM 5 - RM 6 during off-peak times. Staff is also friendly and helpful

we stayed here for two days. i love the room cuz it's big & cozy for my family to stay. you can add extra bed for RM50 & no need deposit for the room. free parking for guests. the staff really friendly too. breakfast was okay. i love their tosai!

i don't like the lighting of the room cuz it's like yellowish & a bit dark. i think the hotel should add 1 or 2 white lights. if you come with big car, you better be careful with their multilevel parking cuz it's a bit narrow. i reversed one or two times to drove up to another floor.

Location,staff,value for money. Specially front office executive (In reception) Mr.Thina (sorry can’t remember the name. Hope its correct) was very helpful. Very good kind hearted person. Thanks Hotel regalpark.
