Apartment layout. Focused on privacy. Great option for group of families.

There is no tea bags or coffee sachets provided in the apartment. Also must provide drinking water dispenser since tourists not prefer to drink tap water. Apartment must have a mirror on each room, but there is mirror inside the toilet. Check-in instructions are clear, still in future may provide short video. The number given on parking lot not visible while driving, may be put the number on the wall behind for better visibility.

The location is strategic, close to the city & has beautiful view. You can see stadium and menara2 kuala Lumpur. The room also complete with facilities as stated, clean, spacious, convenient. Nice car park. Easy to checkin. Lovely pool with lovely view. Very good host. Everything is purrfect, so satisfying. Pls do not hesitate to spend yr night here, i promise you wont be disappointed.

I stayed at this property with my family and we had a very positive experience. Despite the mixed reviews, our host was excellent, and we booked through HomeBrickz. While there aren't many shops nearby, the location is convenient, being close to KLCC and other key attractions

Getting a wheelchair was very hard. If you need one due to any emergency you don't get it. It the management can maybe have one for emergency use. It would be very helpful.

The property is so near to Maharajalela station and its very convenience to go anywhere like Bukit Bintang and so on. It was a great experience for my kids to use the train and its cheaper than using Grab. The property is clean, they provide cooking utensils so easier to cook light meals for my kids. The aircon works and the tv works for youtube.

Excellent stay. Very nice apartment, well equipped. The bathroom is monumental. The space is pleasant to live in. The view is simply breathtaking. It will be with pleasure that we will return to this address for our next stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Check in a bit tedious. Especially when you don't have an internet connection on your phone.

The room is comfortable for 10 pax. The property has an unobstructed view of the new Merdeka 118. We also like having a washing machine inside. Also nice to have a working a hot and cold shower. You can also use the pool and other amenities for free. The owner is responsive and provided a detailed self-check in instructions.

We had a little miscommunications regarding our late check out. I hope this has been sorted out early but the good thing they were able to provide a different room. It was just a little hassle to move our things from a different building.

My suggestion is not to charge a damage fee through bank transfer as a refund will be issue as some countries do not accept pay pal and having restrictions to receive foreign exchange. Better to take damage fee on cash during check in and refund back same in cash at time of check out. tks

For the house, im super satisfied. Everything needed is provided. Free private parking is a big plus👍🏻. For facilities, main attraction is two swimming pool, one is shaded fun huge pool great for kids, the other is lap/infinity pool facing directly at the pnb118 which is spectacular views. Lots of playground for kids as well. Food is walking distance just downstairs.

As usual, only one access card provided which is norms for Airbnb. Other than that is Online deposit format, its kinda inconvenience for guests in my opinion. Since it is self check in & out, so that's the only option. however it will be refund 24hours after check out. But self check in format is really hassle free 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 quick & efficient

Room was too space full, got tons of bed, and the moneral station is too near which I loved the most, easily can explore into kl .

All was good except try to put some mirrors in the rooms for grooming. We have to go to toilet in order to groom hair and so on.
