Apartment is clean and spacious with all necessary utilities. WiFi signal was good all around apartment. I want to praise kindness and hospitality of my host who was very friendly and helpful. I traveled a lot but I never had such a kind, professional and helpful host so far - hospitality was top notch. Services were quick and timely. Kitchen is fully equipped. Bathrooms are modern and practical. Air conditioners are present in all rooms (somewhere even two of them). There's smart TV with many streaming services available (yes, you need to login with your account). Pools and gym are fine ones with a nice view. I plan to travel to Kuala Lumpur again and thanks to such facilities I definitely plan to stay at Opus again.

The host was incredibly responsive and communicative, ensuring a seamless check-in process. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and comfortably accommodated our group of five adults. The bathroom was particularly impressive, with strong water pressure making for a refreshing shower. Safety was never a concern, and the proximity to the Maharajalela LRT station made exploring the city effortless.

I really enjoyed the place. The apartment was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. The location is great, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Everyone in our group was happy with the stay.

Only minor comment — the internet connection was a bit unstable at times.

The apartment was big enough for us as a family of 5. It was nice and clean and was only a 10 minute walk to chinatown. Dont use google maps to direct you because it shows you as ages away from anything but it really isnt. The communication with the hosts was exceptional and they were very responsive.

Apartment includes soap and cutlery and towels but you should bring your own laundry detergent and tea/coffee/sugar etc.

We 7 were stayed and asked for extra utensils to cook. But not given for our entire 5 days. According to the no.of persons this might be considered

very clean and spacious apartment. beautiful view overlooking a sports ground. can see the Petronas twin towers and KL tower in a distance. also check in and check out very fast and convenient.

Central location with parking. Apartment was clean and spacious. Swimming pool on 8th floor had great views of KL.

Would be nice if they had a toaster for breakfast.
