Good location, loads of restaurants 5min walk away.

Had to pay cash deposit. Which is a bit weird and then had to organise for the return of it again. So a bit inconvenient

There was a nice cafe in the next building and chinatown is close. Nice pool, adequate, but small gym, a golf training possibility in the building. 7-11 can be found in a few hundred meters.

The communication with the host wasn't that great, and it was hard to arrange the check-out due to poor communication. There is lot of construction going on in the area, a busy road right next to the building and there are no malls nearby.

Unit very big & comfortable for family. Location near to monorail station. Check in and check out very easy. The staff Mr Sharuk very helpful & friendly.

I love how the staff here being so friendly, polite and helpful toward guests. Sharuk has been very welcoming during our arrival and helped us a lot. The location also is strategic, nearby many interesting and places of attraction such as Dataran Merdeka, KLCC, Saloma Bridge, Petronas Tower and many more! The price is very reasonable and comfortable, totally love with this place! In addition, they also have 2 swimming pool in different buildings, sauna, gym, and also small other facilities that will entertain the guests. The room is super comfortable as it comes with 3 bedrooms (1 master room and 2 normal room) and 2 bathrooms. We had a very wonderful holiday at Opus Residences!

I think that would be great If there is balcony so we can hang our wet clothes there. Other than that, it will be great if there is free streaming service such as netflix provided by the management service. And lastly, I would be enjoy if our room have a sight of Warisan Merdeka Tower view but the room is already booked by others, so that cannot be helped. Other than that, everything were amazing.

The unit was a 3 min walk to the monorail. The rooftop infinity pool was great. Unit was modern and comfortable.

The surrounding area is basically a construction site. One night there was noise coming from the Merdeka tower well after midnight. The neighbourhood was rather rundown though I figure once the skyscraper is finished the area will hopefully be a lot nicer.

Everything was perfect! Noyon is very attentive, responsive and professional. The view is spectacular, and the 2 pools are inviting and gorgeous! Also walking distance to Maharajalela monorail is a huge plus!

It was super clean and new residence with few shops nearby as well. Our assistant, Sharuk, was really nice and friendly: he even gave us a better room.

The carpet was quite dirty but totally manageable.
