Very well presented building and apartment. Spotlessly clean and comfortable beds throughout. Decor is neat, view and location are incredible.

Not the property for cooks - kitchen is there but oven and microwave out of order, very limited equipment of the kitchen. We were told we could pay the deposit by transfer on arrival but only cash and local payment app were accepted (ATM nearby in either case).

We had a great time. Everything above expectations. The apartments - cosy furnishing with details which make the differences. Comfy beds and pillows. Water filter! Exceptional view (we were lucky being on the right side). Convenient location. Walking distance to public transport and China town. But most important to me too : KITSON, the host. You rarely experience this way of kindness, helpfulness and reliability. The world need more humans like him. 🙏🏻

Since I already stayed in different apartments - a few would need a bit maintenance, but no major things. The kitchen could be a bit better equipped and any kind of coffee machine (French press 🤔) would be AMAZING. But all these are very small things o. A high level of “complaint”

It’s in a good location near a monorail. Very convenient. The unit that I’m staying is facing the greens , a calm and quiet position. Can have good views of the city at the garden floors. The management is very responsive. They managed the place very well; clean and beddings are clean and comfortable. Kitchen is fitted with the necessary equipment and utensils. Washing machine and dryer is provided. The bathroom’s shower flow is so good. No complain at all on this property. Highly recommended if you are traveling in group and wish to explore the city by rails. This is a perfect place to stay.

Exceptional Stay! I had an amazing stay at this apartment. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the MRT and close to the city center, making it very convenient for getting around. The furniture and interior design were excellent, modern, and comfortable, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere. The staff were outstanding—very professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality truly made my stay even more enjoyable. New Pristine Condominium, clean and tidy, we were given an unit that has an incredible view of the Petronas tower and the city. Great Location. right next to the city Monorail.

The view from the apartment is spectacular. Very strategic location as it near to the malls and attractive places. My friends and I were having great time for our staycation there.

Our stay at eucation home was absolutely fantastic! The value for money was excellent, with attordable rates that exceeded our expectations. The location was ideal, with easy access and super nice view. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and the bathroom was spotless. Clean with modern decor. Definately love the view, day or night. They adhere to my request for high floor. ohhh, and the pool! theres 2 pool. Make sure you go to the infinity pool side ok. superb view. And thanks to Alex too for making our stay a breeze.
