I had a wonderful experience during my stay! The check-in process at the front desk was incredibly fast, which made the whole arrival seamless. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. I was also happy to find a bathtub, which added a nice touch of relaxation. I opted for the room with breakfast, and it did not disappoint. There was a great variety of dishes, all delicious and satisfying. The salad section stood out the most ,everything was so fresh, making it the perfect start to my day. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Spacious room even if it's old. Can improve with fresh renovation, perhaps. Good black out curtains for late risers. Toilet space is OK, but I think the bathtub is not really practical nowadays.

The lift button panels covered with slotted wood are impractical and unsuitable. At times confusing as you can't easily see whether you have pressed it properly, and no one knows exactly how it is cleaned when different people poking on the deep.wooden holes most of the time with all those different dirty fingers that no one knows what it was used for beforehand. It's better to leave the lift buttons open as they are designed for hygiene and ease of wiping with cleaning stuff and ease of operations for guests. The wood panel design doesn't add value at all in terms of appearance, and it's questionable on the hygiene side. Please remove them at once, and 8 out of your 10 guests will thank you for that.

Location is great. Monorail is 5 minutes away. Petaling is few minutes by walk. KLCC is also not far away by grab. I will also rate it high on cleanliness. There was a water dispenser on 10th floor. Kudos to housekeeping lady for prompt daily cleaning. So all great and no negatives for us.

The room was comfortable to stay in. Breakfast was nice, though it could use more variety — but the taste was really good for me. The location is also convenient, close to the town area and easy to access.

Yes, parking is provided. However, the road going up and down is quite narrow, and the space is tight. The parking lot itself is okay.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The customer service was excellent, and the staff was very attentive and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making my stay truly enjoyable. Would definitely love to stay here again

The rooms we had was spacious , bed was comfy. The hotel is near the china town and the twin tower -walking distance-

The bath mat was a bit too small.
