It was a new hotel, the bed is very comfortable.

Floor are full with dust and the toilet is full with hair on the drain. Toilet bowl also dirty.

Very nice hotel and very friendly and nice stuff. We come early morning and they meet us in reception and even give us chance to check the rooms and choose. Room was very bright and clean. We were very happy to stay in this hotel. I was with my son. He also liked it very much. Location is perfect. Near station Pasar Seni and near walking touristic area

We like everything. Specially that hot and cold water was provided on each floor and coffe shop downstairs. If we needed any information, guys on reception give all information with pleasure. We were very happy with stuff

Nice room with a comfortable pillow, mattress & comforter. Great location at Chinatown KL. Walking distance to the Maharajalela Monorail & Pasar Seni MRT & LRT station. Really value for money especially for the budget traveler.

Room are not properly clean. Still got dusk & hair on the floor & bathroom area. Additional items like a bath mat & a hook or hanger for cloth, would be perfect for the room.

Good clean rooms and general cleanliness was satisfactory

The room really lack chairs n tables for use. No place to even hang your shirts n trousers. Tv doesn't even have channels working. Its more a room for couples to use hourly For the price paid definitely not worth it.

Room was clean and very neat. Bed was super comfy. Good standard hotel.

Only difficulty is having no window. Natural ventilation is very important and there every room must have at least one openable window to receive air and sun light. If room had a window i would have stayed lot more

the tv in the room only available in Mandarin.. could considering put in multi language as the people could change for their wish..and also it's hard to connect wifi

Location , right next to LRT walkway so under cover from sun or rain. Across from Market, coffee shop on hotel ground floor. Staff go that extra mile, for service

Stuff were so kind, the location is so convenient to visit places in KL and the price was good for tourists.
