Everything fine, great location, lots of shops and restaurants around, Petaling street just around the corner. Close to metro, a lot of sightseeing is a walking distance from the hotel

There are curtains but no windows... Behind the curtain there's only a wall. In the morning it's completely dark and difficult to wake up with no natural light. Also you have no idea what's the weather and if it's raining or not and dress for it appropriately.

great location in Chinatown next to plenty of shops and restaurants. good Wi-Fi, amazing shower, working AC, and comfortable bed!

it’s quite frustrating to leave a monetary deposit because we were leaving the country after our stay so we had 100MYR that we could not spend and had to convert at the airport for a bad rate. would be better to hold money on card or to keep passport!

goood enviroment

i like everything about this hotel, even it is a bit far from central market that u need to walk for about 10-15 mins depends on your own speed. the room is comfortable, the aircond functioning well, the hotel reply fast when i need to check in late

i just hate the lift haahah it is just nonsense. other than that all is good.

Great location for late night arrival, lots of yummy chinese restaurant, out side vendors. If you would like to explore Chinatown, this is the great place for great value.

Though hotel deposit was against smoking protection, our room was full of smoking smell. As we checked in late at night, and was just for a day due to transit flight, we did not mention it during our stay.

Given the facilities, it was exceptional value for money. A much larger room than I expected for the price. I had a show with my band at Jao Tim Cafe, so the location couldn't have been better. Any closer, and I probably would have had to stay at Jao Tim itself. :-)

Nothing at all. I got more than I expected. I will certainly book a room again should I be performing at Jao Tim. And that's the honest truth.

a very strategic location; got petaling streets, few 7E nearby & a lot of restaurants. less than 10 mins away (walking) from mrt pasar seni. close to central market too. the room is very pretty and clean. what u see on picture = what will u get. got kl tower for my city view!

the lift to get to the upper floors. hard for those who have heavy big luggages. the water smells weird. very hard to get Grab, super limited parking space.

There was no breakfast but the hotel was on the same street as some of the best street food and restaurants KL has to offer.

GRAB! I was never told that there was no cash grab payments if you need to travel in the early morning.

The staff was very helpfull and kind, the service was excellent. Although some of the room a bit far from receptionist but the location of the hotel was prestigious close to anywhere city center
