Stayed in the Quadruple Room—clean & spacious. Perfect for groups! Me and my fam had an absolutely wonderful stay at here. Beautifully decorated, very intsagramable, and the location was perfect, literally just next to RexKL, Chinatown, and all those tasty food. Highly recommend!

The decoration was aesthetic and nice. Looks modern and pleasant. Location near to restaurant and pasar seni. I bought large room and really enjoy stay there. Aircond was cool and the bathroom is big. Quite good for the price

Stairs and dont have refrigerator inside room. If you need to store your food, need to go to pantry. My room at level 2, quite tired to climb the stairs after long day walking.

Great location, right next to the market and centre.

A bit small for 2 people but ok for one night. No window. Self-check-in machine. Have to scan the passport into that machine and the data security is unknown.

Great location near Petaling Street market and the rooms were clean and very modern. Lovely design and layout. Very affordable for KL so good if you’re on a budget. Small common area with water, microwave, plates, cutlery, etc which is useful.

No real engagement between staff and guests. We used a self check in machine and had no housekeeping the 3 nights we were there. The building is slightly strange, no real reception area and above some shops. Feels industrial and kinda spooky! No window in the room which I didn’t like, would be nice to have some natural light so probably only suitable for shorter stays. Also there’s no lift so you have to carry your luggage up!

The location is excellent, in Chinatown and also very near to the Central Market. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, including the bathroom that is quite big. Everything was also very clean. There is as well a common area where we can relax and a pantry if we want to cook some snacks.

The mosque that is just nearby and super loud at 5am! It is also hard to communicate with the staff as they are not Malaysian and know limited English, they were nonetheless very helpful.

Great location. Great support from the staff (Francis). Easy access to Chinatown and Petaling St. If you're driving, offsite parking was easy enough with a bit of walking. Do expect a bit of noise as you're in an activity centre and this is no yoga retreat.

There were a few issues with early check-in and a water pipe burst in another unit that affected the whole building. Out of the control of the property with the latter. The early check-in issue was due to some system fault but Francis compensated for the matter with a complimentary upgrade.

Location excellent. Well informed/good communication before arrival, easy check in/out. Room clean & fresh. Everything I needed as solo traveller.

No window in room. Corridor windows opened into street market below & you could hear local mosque call to worship but this was all part of the atmosphere!

New Hotel, great location! Close to Pasar Seni and Petaling Street, with many great food options nearby. There are also several flower shops around, perfect for picking up something special. Top attractions like Merdeka Square are just a short walk away! They do have one living area, definitely a good place for us to chill and eat after we shopping shopping walk around downstairs haha

Excellent location right at the heart of Chinatown and smack dap in the middle of KL central. Room aesthetic and design was very luxury. Great staff - they actually gave me and my partner a free upgrade. Ha ha, one of the best bathrooms I've seen in hotels - modern and shiek

No windows was the biggest part which made the room air poor, other than that nothing else. Clean prompt and perfect location with so much food all around

I had booked the wrong date by accident and they were so helpful and accommodating for letting me change the date, at no additional cost. The room was small, but clean and ideal for our one night stay. Although located in the middle of Chinatown, you couldn’t hear the noise from the room which was ideal.
