Location is great, a few steps away from Central Market, Pasar Seni train station and around the clrner from Petilang str. All in the heart of Chinatown. There's a bar at the rooftop, which besides can be noisy on the weekends is a nice place to have a drink in the evening.

Clenaning failed. Besides this is most guest's fault, management & staff could give a little bit more of care on this subject, particularly in the restroom which was such a filthy place. Some guests smoke inside the building and everything smells like smoke, specially on the restrooms. Staff should look after this. My room didn't have windows, which is nothing that hasn't been advertised but can give the feeling of fouled air. Apart from all of this, the place matches what offers.

It was perfect, stayed in the double room with street view. The AC perfectly cold and hot shower also worked well. Right next to MRT/LRT station, 24hours mini market and local hawkers. Just walk a mins to chinatown and tourist street. Rooms are clean and the staffs are always there to help. Definitely will stay here again if I come back in KL.

The location is very nice, next to the bus station and the metro pasar seni, you can literally go anywhere from there. The staff is very nice and helpful and gentle, I got a room that has a big bed and a small locker, a table would've been nice, but in general the place is clean compared to other hotels in the area with the same price, and the staff are cleaning daily. It has been a positive experience overall.

When it's fully booked, the noise will be too much as the walls are very thin, and you can hear the slightest talk, also there seems to be no quite hours rule, people will be very loud late at night, I guess the Managment should tell the guests that it's a quiet time after 11 o'clock or so. People sometimes smoke inside, and it's going to effect the whole place.

Its a modern hostel.The ambulance and hospitality of the stages was above satisfactory. The owner was very friendly and exceptional. Everyone was very helpful. The rooftop bar was a nice place to hangout. Curfew after 1am midnight no noise allowed. Good security as they lock the main doors in the night.

3rd floor water is slow but its OK every guest are understanding. We are also understanding.

Check in staff not having a happy look! (I knew I am poor to stay at your place) Sign of hotel too small, and just the word Senja, no word "OYO 90970" and no word "Hostel Chinatown". When check in... Door lock from the stairs...Try to ring but seems no response until 15 min later... (Maybe he has over work!)

The location is unbeatable.Train,bus,convenience stores,cheap restaurants all very close.The fabulous Indian Hindu temple is also very close.You are right in the thick of old multi ethnic K.L.Food or a fake Rolex s the choice is amazing.

The wifi was poor.Only one of my two devices would hook up.An earlier comment says,,there is a terrible smell in the hallways,,I say a beautiful smell.The place is Indian run and an inscence burner scents the hallways.

Great location in Chinatown, so close to MTR, LRT and bus stations. Cold and hot drinking water is provided and you can eat your own food in the communal area. Wifi and AC worked well. Lockers provided in the room. Towels provided.

They play really loud music/live music every Friday to Sunday (earplugs helped, we were on the 3rd floor so it may have been quieter on the lower floors. Showers/bathroom were usually fairly clean. The bunk beds are really noisy, best to stay in the queen beds.

-Lovely staff! I had flight delays meaning my check in time got moved to 1am. They were super responsive to my message and really patient, made it a whole lot less stressful! -Fantastic location - great for local temples, Chinatown, and close to transport to other sights. -Room wasn’t huge but I found the bed comfortable and the locked rooms was good for peace of mind

-Thin walls meant lots of noise from other guests (not Senja’s fault, though) -Bathrooms could be improved…sometimes toilet roll was lacking and I’d recommend having bins in the toilet cubicles so you’re not having to carry used toilet roll out into the main bathroom area (which is a bit awkward if you see other guests!)

Hostel was clean. Very simple and comfortable.

The rooms are very small and the bathroom is mixed.
