It was a very convenient, central location in Chinatown. A good size room. Mine had no window, which at least made it very quiet. As others have commented the carpet had seen better days, both in the room and the corridors, but I didn't find it too bad.

As already mentioned, it was a little musty. I also wish they would provide a bedsheet to cover yourself, as this is all that is needed, but instead they supply a thicker covering. But most hotels in the tropics seem to do this.

The check in process was very smooth, the room was very clean and comfortable, the beds in the twin room were also very comfortable and the bedding was good quality. We had a non smoking room which was nice, and the WiFi was good.. The hot shower worked really well and the bathroom was super clean. The housekeeping team asked every day if we wanted the room cleaned, and the check out at reception was very good. Finally the location is really good, right in Chinatown and not far from pasar seni and masjid jamek train stations.

The in room tv had only malaysian tv channels, it would be good to have an international channel available for non Malay guests, as we have to pay a tourist tax for each day of our stay.

I like the location. Very strategic. Walking distances to MRT and LRT pasar seni. Right in front if the hotel is Petaling Street. Easy to find food. 7 eleven and KK mart is very nearby. I didn't expect the room is big. Very spacious. The staff also very friendly and helpful.

I cannot control the temperature for shower. It's either too hot or too cold. The shower water not strong, the flow not good. The towel have a bad smell. Because the whole room is using carpet, the room smells musty.

Big room, good A/C, good TV reception, clean, big window, very good staff and great location.

This is an older Hotel but for the price i found it to be very good value. Hard to criticise this place, I will now make it my go to place when in KL. The very pleasant and helpful staff sealed the deal. Don't expect 5 star. It's a solid 3 star place operating within their budget. They could do a total referb and charge 5 star prices if they want. Much better to leave it as it is and operate at a cost effective level. I really liked it.

Everything except the car park.

ONE ISSUE RE CAR PARK. VERY NARROW, DARK. CENTRE RAISED RD DIVIDERS HARD TO VIEW AS YELLOW PAINT WORN OFF. CARS CAN EASILY RUN INTO THEM. TRAFFIC FLOW ARROWS (DIRECTION) PAINTED ON WRONG SIDE OF WALLS HENCE TRAFFIC FLOW GOING IN TO/OUT OF CARPARK IN REVERSE TRAFFIC DIRECTION.

The location is great, its a little far from Bukit bintang, but there are a lot of European style cafes and restaurants in chinatown, and its very close to metro. I choose chinatown over bukit. They provide water in the rooms. Big room. Pretty simple. Everything worked in the room.

The price in booking was 123 euros but they charged me over 160. Never happened to me before. The towels are very old and grey already.

The Staff were friendly and accommodating and allowed my wife to stay their. Before me as my flight was delayed the room was a good size the bed Was Comfortable and the shower and toilet were clean and kept well.

The Walls maybe were a little thin the communcal hallway seened in need of some TLc the onsite cafe had iregualr opening hours.

Location was near to Chinatown, Central Market and Dataran Merdeka. Easy to find food every where. Staffs was very helpful and friendly.

Parking area limited for hotel guests. You can easily miss the junction turning into the carpark area as the parking entrance is located at a very small back alley.

I like the location. Right in the middle of KL City and just across Petaling Streets. The room was ok. Bed and pillows are very comfortable and the standard room was accommodating for my little family. Also kudos to the staff for being very responsive and friendly.

Although it is Pacific Regency’s chain hotel, but it’s not quite the standard. The rooms were not properly clean, bed linen and the towels has stains on them. The bathroom was rather small and with limited toiletries. The shower was dreadful. I had them repaired and it was ok after that. The parking is ok I guess. But the fee was RM10 per day but I guess RM10 per day per guest didn’t do any justice for the parking lot😂very gloomy. Also the garbage bin at the lift area was full with trash. Nobody seems to clean it out.
