Very comfortable bed and spacious. Free laundry if you do it yourself was very happy!

We found a cockroach in a bathroom so it was fun 😂 the hotel it's really hard to find. For those that are planning to visit this place please look for the signs of the hotel on the street. (See the picture)

Everything was perfect except the Indian staff member who was checking out on the last day. He was talking loudly on the phone during the check-in process. He seemed annoyed that we bothered him. He was also very cold when we asked him to pick up our luggage. He had no sense of service at all. He is unqualified as a service person. He is a disgrace to this hotel. It was a mistake to hire him. Everything else was good. Clean room, convenient location, friendly price, and excellent other staff members (especially the late night staff). Even when we entered the room, the air conditioning was on and it was very cool.

Highly recommend this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean with good AC. There is free filtered water stations and ironing boards outside the rooms. Free washing machine and dryer for guests which although is busy at times was very handy. The location is excellent , right at the entrance to Chinatown and a short walk from MRT station with 7eleven at the front door. We actually extended our stay and the staff very kindly allowed us to stay in our original room.

- door key (card) was a bit problematic, but the staff assisted to resolve the issue - entrance to basement parking is through a very narrow alleyway

Family room is quite spacious. Cleanliness is good 👍. Staff are friendly and helpful. Worth the money. Good location too.

Parking area going to the lower basement is quite dark, lights are dim. We arrived 30mins late but still have to wait another 30mins to check in as the room is still under cleaning process and the system is down so was not able to get the access card right away. Other than the above, I this hotel is still highly recommended because of the positive aspects of it.

It's ok, but I request a double bed, and they gave me a twin bed. But it's okay for me. the location is good, very good, connect with many destination like night market, MRT, the bank and near by convient store.

Well, I think the hotel need more signboard or direction board. Because, it's not easy to find the right way to the hotel... I walked into the mall and take time to find the right way.

very strategic location, just opposite petaling street. hotel is new and clean.

it feels unsafe to go back at late night. it’s connected to kompleks kota raya but the complex is already closed at midnight so we need to take the side lift and it’s a bit dark. if you’re travelling solo i would advise not to go back too late.

Location really good, walking distance to petaling, stasions, pasar seni, sentral market, mydin, resto. It was a good stay. Staff were very kind. Clean room and bathroom, the aircon really cool. I arrived at 7am and waited (slept) in the lobby. They gave me early check-in 12.30pm without an additional fee. Thank you Mr. Faiz.

Toilet and prayer room (surau) in the lobby were kinda dirty. Maybe not many guests use it, so they don't clean it often.

the room was spacious and very clean,washer and dryer available on site (foc), Its a newly renovated place so...various of foods available at surrounding

There was a mischarged on parking fees on my 1st nite stay, but management managed to settle it on the next nite. Parking fees quite high and the Hotel offers a flat rate of RM 10 per nite which is payable but its only upon check out....if we go out in between need to pay the parking according to the rate.
