The stay was as perfect as we are used to from other Moxy Hotels. The Room on the 19th Floor was clean and the view was amazing! The stuff in the whole Hotel is very nice. We enjoyed a great breakfast and also the gym is good for a Session.

The sound from the Bar on 9. Floor goes till 12pm on saturdays and can be heard from the room if you are above it

The AC was strong but not controllable from in the room. I arrived early in the morning 5 or 6am, after a long day of travel. All I wanted was to check in, shower and sleep. There was a problem w my reservation, first they couldn’t find it, then they had trouble because my weeklong stay was made into daily reservations. A problem w the system is fine, whatever. But the staff didn’t explain, apologize or offer me anything to drink while I sat and waited for 20 horrible minutes. Really miserable first few moments

Very nice hotel! So many board games in the lobby, bar and pool available as well, gym too. Moxy design nice as always, very clean. Location great due to vicinity to China Town (maybe feeling a bit unsafe when walking past bus station but can be avoided).

AC in rooms was noisy, unless put on "auto" but then everything goes much much slower. Option for "quite" or "sleep" was not available. In our bathroom there was constant smell of tobacco. A little bit of mold in the corner of the shower, just something to keep in mind for maintenance, otherwise no big deal. Coffee in the hotel pricey.

Our stay at this hotel was truly one of the most memorable experiences of our trip to Malaysia. The hotel is very clean, modern, and located in a convenient area, which made getting around so easy. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. One of the highlights was the special perk during weekdays from 2 PM to 6 PM – we received vouchers for unlimited drinks, all complimentary from the hotel. It was such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malaysia – it made our journey unforgettable

None I can think of

Great location right near central market and Chinatown. Love the modern, clean rooms and my view from the window was a beautiful skyline view! The pool area was also great with a view of the KL tower. Tasty breakfast, great coffee.

Truly the only thing that was less than perfect was that the door was not very soundproof. I could hear people laughing and talking coming off the elevators at night and it was a little loud (but not sleep-preventing). Also there were a few fees I didn’t know about beforehand, but that may be true everywhere in KL.

Everything was great. The crew members were very friendly and welcoming. Even when I called them, they greeted me by name, which made me feel the human touch as a guest. I will definitely continue staying at Moxy KL, even though it’s only 30 minutes from my home, simply because I enjoy the service and facilities.

So far, everything was good. The only drawback is that the TV entertainment is quite limited. It would be great if more channels, such as HBO or Netflix, could be added instead of just streaming cast.

Check-in was quick. Our room on the 18th floor had a great view, quiet and comfortable. The lifts were all cool and airy. Breakfast spread is simple, and the food quality is good. The Bar Moxy has great view of KL tower and 118. Cocktails were excellent. The music vibe is great. Loved their playlist

While there are many cooling fans running at Bar Moxy, it was warm. None the less my wife and I enjoyed the evening. Shout out to ROSE for those excellent cocktails 🍸

Layout of the room is strange, TV very far from the bed, sound insulation is not very good because of the door - can eat many noise in the corridor and was woke up 2 mornings early because of it
