The location is great for transport, food, history, walking, and sightseeing. The hotel is easy to find with its historic 1909 colonial façade. Staff are professional, helpful, and polite. I would not hesitate to book again on future visits to KL.

For the price range and location I don't have anything negative to say about the place, it is great value and a very convenient spot to be in.

We live there for 3 days, and i want to say it was great! Very quiet and clean rooms! Very nice administrator, he speaking English very good, give us some advices, trying to help for us! Best wishes! If you search a place to stay in KL, for a couple of days, i think it's best place with cheap price and best location in the center!

The location is very strategic. Its only around 60steps walk from the station. Has a lot of food eateries nearby (KFC, McD, 4Fingers) and also KK Mart (24 hour supermarket). Process of checking in and checking out was quite fast and hassle free.It's location is strategic. It's near an MRT station, walking distance from Chinatown, and just near KL Tower. There are restaurants and shops nearby. The building may have a long history but it looks relatively new and clean.The receptionist are friendly and my stay was amazing,A nice clean hotel for a good price. The staff were very kind and helpful

The location is great Super easy access to the LRT There are street food stalls beside the LRT station selling varieties of Malaysian street food. A good place for walking to see the old part of KL.. The old shops n buildings

For me... There is not much that I dont like Maybe, the room service team can use Serai Wangi Floor cleaner to make the room more fragrant without doing extra effort. Add a little tropical fragrance to the room...then I think it's perfect to me. For those who want to have a quite n peaceful good night sleep, I think this is not a place for you For me.... I like the noise of the traffic n LRT...
